Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bedroom and living room area are quite large. Parking available in the driveway, though the driveway is narrow so may be difficult for larger trucks. Charging is also available for electric vehicles at an additional cost.

Clean quiet and fully equipped in a fabulous location, it served our needs perfectly while in town visiting friends. Property manager was very helpful with any questions. We had an excellent stay!

We came to Arcadia to visit family and found this to be a perfect place to stay. Great location, so cute, beautiful neighborhood to walk, and well maintained. This made our trip so great. Would defiantly recommend and stay here again.

Well-located on a beautiful quiet street in a lovely area of Pasadena. Apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large park just a block away gave our 4 yr old grandson plenty of room to run around when he came to visit us.

Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. We were there for Rose Parade. we had seats in grandstand and were able totake Uber for 20 BUT house is located 4 blocks from from end of parade route so we saw end of parade again.Also walkable to Float fest (view floats day after parade). Kitchen could use some restocking: chipped plates, only 4 glasses/cups, no salt, oil... Clean quiet, off street parking.

Great Location, Gracious Host

James is a responsive host. His little Bungalow is charming and so Pasadena. Close to everything and easy freeway access, we would happily stay in this little place again.

A traveler at heart! Before sharing this space with other fellow travelers, I have been to New Zealand, Australia, Maldives, Thailand, Japan, China, United Kingdom, Peru, and Mexico. I spent four months studying abroad in Japan before graduating from UCR (University of California, Riverside). In my free time, you will find me doing various kinds of sports, such as hiking, camping, cycling, scuba diving, and hang gliding.

Having traveled to a number of countries, I got a decent sense of the essential needs for travelers. My goal is to provide you a comfortable space with essential amenities, while saving from the extravagant services that you may not necessary need, so you’re left with more funds for traveling!
