Experience Cape San Blas charm at our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. You're just a short walk to the stunning emerald Gulf waters-perfect for lazy beach days or adventures. Take a dip in the gulf-front pool or the 2nd seasonally heated pool. Whether you're into beachcombing, fishing, or catching those epic Cape sunsets, you'll create memories here. Indulge in the comfort of our home, which boasts upgraded hard surface flooring, a well-appointed kitchen, and inviting spaces to unwind and relax.
Home Features:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 2: King bed with private bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Living Room: Queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa, two leather recliners and smart TV

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric appliances, drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishware, pots/pans, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, countertop mixer, slow cooker, waffle maker, sandwich press, immersion blender, ice maker, and spices.

Very nice Townhome

This is a very nice townhome locate near the front gate of the Barrier Dunes community. The TH is clean and was exactly what we wanted. My wife also loved the TH but she thought they should upgrade the quality of the toilet paper.

Lovely stay at Barrier Dunes!

Adam and Sarah’s spot was lovey! Barrier Dunes was a great location for our family’s fall break. We used virtually all the amenities of the complex- and our kids loved being so close to the playground in this unit. We got to feed turtles on the walk to the beach or pool each day, roast marshmallows on the beach and meet lots of pups throughout the community. So much fun! The unit had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay… Adam and Sarah have thought of it all! We enjoyed a few of the board games and chairs/umbrellas/sand toys provided by Sarah & Adam and really appreciated that they even had a pack n play and high chair/booster for the kiddos. Really helped lighten the load while packing. They were great hosts- very helpful & quick to respond when we had questions pre-booking and during our stay. Our family officially loves CSB! And an FYI for anyone looking to come to the area: CSB is super low key… only a few restaurants and shopping back in the port, so the focus here at CSB is slowing down (which we love). My 5yr old son’s favorite spot in the house was the window seat which he endearingly called his ‘nook’. 😍😍We hope we get to return!! Thanks for opening your home for us! ❤️

My wife, Sarah, and I have 3 girls who love the beach. We work full-time and the kids are in school. This is our first rental property and we are managing it ourselves. We take pride in our ownership and treat people how we would want to be treated.

We took family vacations to Cape San Blas for years and always dreamed about having our own spot. The last few times we stayed at the Cape, we took the advice of other families and stayed in Barrier Dunes. Half of the allure is the community itself, it's perfect for families! The gated community allows for safe bike riding, walks with friends and siblings, and all the amenities like the pools, tennis courts, ponds, and awesome playground. After long days at the beach, we like to walk the neighborhood to unwind and stop to feed the turtles in the main pond.
In 2022 we purchased Lost at Sea in Barrier Dunes. Come celebrate good times and relax on the beach. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We tried to think of everything to make your visit here perfect. We have received numerous compliments on the well-stocked kitchen and the amazing beds. Everything you see in the house took time and thought. For example, my wife spent weeks trying out different linens and pillows to make sure the selection was perfect.

Another point of pride for us is the high speed internet. Many homes on the Cape have DSL capped at 15 mbps. We are one of a few that truly offer high speed internet so you can stream movies, participate in virtual meetings, or upload your beach pictures on social media.
