This Single Level Garden Ranch Home is equipped with 3 Bedrooms including Queen size beds in each room & 2 full Bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. This Entire house has a Full Kitchen with a table that seats 6. Each Bedroom has lamps with built in outlet and USB port. The Family Room has a Fire Place, 70 inch Smart TV along with a Dedicated Work Desk & Spacious Sofa with Footstool. Our Fun Entertainment Room features a Pool Table, 70 inch Smart TV, Surround Sound System and Bar for Entertainment. The Master suite includes a tub with shower and a walk in closet with a 65 inch Smart TV. Our Spacious backyard is great for grilling, small gatherings and has a privacy fence for our guests enjoyment

We stayed a long weekend for uSC graduation. Clean house with great space. Especially loved the pool room. Gas fireplace was a nice touch.

Booked this place for a girls weekend. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach. The location was close to everything. House was clean and super comfortable. Would stay again.

Family Gamecock Game

Conveniently located. Many renovations to older home. Large backyard. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Many streaming options on large screen tv. Nice to cook in this kitchen. Great communication with owner.

Celebrating daughter's graduation from USC

Love the house! We had 6 adults - my wife and me, and both sets of our parents. My dad enjoyed the back patio space, he and my daughter sat on the patio and played games a couple of the days. There was plenty of space, and the loved the added bonus of the pool table (my dad and father-in-law played, and hadn't played in many years). Overall a great experience, and a space that met our family's needs and expectations

The property is in need of general maintenance. Electrical outlets in the bathrooms do not work and could not be reset because the reset switches were behind the outlet covers. The toilet in the hallway bathroom would not completely flush. After several plunging attempts it flushed twice and was back to not flushing. There are several areas on the ceilings and walls (near the floor) that need to be re-done. Much of the trim does not match, very obvious. Most the homes in the area looked good but a few were run down, one had a boarded up window. The highway (road) noise was very loud. The front yard was infested with fire ants and there appeared to be a water line issue (lots of water). The backyard was ok but the fence had problem areas. If this is a business property, the toy riding hourse next to the shed should be removed. There was trash in the backyard when we arrived. We were charged a cleaning fee but there were hair clippers in a plant basket and the couch had not been cleaned/vacuumed for a while. I cleaned under the cushions and found a peppermint jaw breaker along with lots of debris.
