1925 Craftman style home close to downtown Morton

Charm on Main is a gorgeous 1925 craftman style home with several modern amenities. The home features a large covered porch complete with wicker furniture. The home has all original oak wood trim with all wood floors and built in oak bannister with original leaded glass. A small quiet study is located near the front of the home and offers a place to read or spend some quiet time visiting with guests. The new all leather Relax-a-Lounger adjusts to a full size bed.

The living room has an all new leather couch with coffee table and new 44 inch ROKU TV. Free high speed WIFI is located throughout the home.

The dining room has a large hardwood table with seating for up to 6 people.

The large kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove/oven, and refrigerator. Dishes, glassware, pots and pans, silverware, are all stocked. We do provide free coffee for guests.

Two bedrooms feature queen size beds with pillows and comforters. Bedside nightstands have electrical plug in's and table Apple Phone chargers. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms.

The bathroom was recently remodeled and located near each bedroom with shower tub.

Laundry is located downstairs through the back door which is a shared space with the other apartment.

The VRBO area is located on the main floor with all pictures showing the available space. The upstairs portion of the home is occupied by a permanent renter and has a separate entrance to the back.

In July 2022 we added a Frisbee Disc Golf basket. It is located in the laundry room. Please return to laundry soon when finished. We ask that guests use the front yard only to practice.
