We had a wonderful time on this trip and the house was perfect!!! We had a couple of issues but Nancy made sure they were resolved immediately!! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing first air b&b experience

Great, comfortable, quiet neighborhood with beach nearby. Nancy was a great host. She made sure to provide clear instructions, even a video of how to access the property. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. About 25 minutes from Magic Springs, but there were other spots to explore nearby. I had one of the best dining experiences at the Sunset Grill, right at the Balboa Beach. Sue treated me like we knew each other since forever! And the manager is wonderful too. My children and I wanted to stay, but we’ll definitely be back!

Peaceful and comfortable

Comfortable, clean , and well-maintained property with everything you'll need. Nice, quiet, and peaceful area. Great host. Just wish we'd had better weather for outdoor activities. Hopeful for next time.

Amazing place

The house is too specious . Nice place and quiet I love the coffee bakery place near too the house the lady’s is so nace. Thursday they have green market good things and prices. Beach lake balboa beautiful and clean. Thank you Nancy for always answer my question.

Cedar Woods

This was a beautiful property completely as advertised. Nancy was great with communication. Had a missing tv remote but it wasn’t that big of a deal and she promptly accommodated for it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs; you won’t be disappointed.

My hubby and I are originally from Canada. When we found Hot Springs Village, we fell in love with the area. We are so happy to share our love of the outdoors, hiking trails and nearby shopping with our guests.

Once you enter the village, you pass rolling hills, breathtaking golf course views, and an unexpected sandy beach just a couple minutes away from our home. It is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails with scenic views.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

If you want a break from your hectic life, come stay in our cozy home. Sit on our back porch and drink your morning coffee. Listen to the birds and relax. You can stop at a nearby bakery shop for treats and sandwiches on the 5 minute drive to the beach. The water is shallow and easy to walk out. A kayak rental shop is steps away from the beach. Stop at the beach shop for cold treats and drinks or Sunset Grill for lunch or dinner. Sit upstairs or on the outdoor patio for a great view of Lake Balboa. Head back to finish up the day playing cards, games or settle in to watch your favorite movie on the big screen TV.
