Surf-themed Endless Summer AND Balinese-themed Island Time are TWO exquisitely appointed 2 bed, 2 bath side-by-side homes capable of hosting a large group or two separate parties at the same location! Enjoy all the creature comforts of home including: a modern, fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, large comfy king beds, and ample lounging areas throughout. Each home features a separate quaint and private fenced back yard with an inviting fire pit for the perfect after-beach relaxation!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of each dwelling (2 total). Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $191.10 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
