This home features everything you need for perfect stay in Las Vegas! It has enough room for two small families or for a business trip to one of Las Vegas's numerous conventions! It is the right place for the right price and is a Must See Home! The place has a hot tub spa! There is a king size bed in the master, and queen size beds and TVs in every other room. Furthermore, there is a Sofa bed in the living room for a couple extra guests if needed.

This is a good basic place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is roomy and clean, the hot tub is wonderful. Very good communication with the host and they immediately fixed a small problem we had upon arrival. But if you're looking for upscale or extras then this would probably not be right for you.

Perfect Getaway

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything.Spa was wonderful, we cooked out on the grill almost every night. Comfy beds, we walked our dog twice a day either in the neighborhood or at the park down the street. The host was amazing, responded quickly to every question I had. We would love to stay her again.

Lovely Stay

Came to stay in Vegas with some friends for a work trip, and SO glad we found this gem of a place to stay! It was clean, spacious, great beds, location, A/C and amenities. 100% would stay again. And Adelmo is a fantastic host!

Great House in West Las Vegas

Great stay in Vegas

This VRBO was great! Close to the strip and areas where the locals go. We really liked the use of garage and with the garage door remote control it made it easy . The owner was very accommodating and willing to help if needed.

Family Stay

The property was clean and spacious, with a jacuzzi pre-heated when we arrived. The owner stayed in contact throughout the entire stay was very responsive. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Red Rock, where we hiked daily. It was also an easy drive to the Strip.

Great Property and Spa

This property worked great for my husband and I. The hot tub/spa was amazing. The host was very responsive and had someone on site within a couple of hours to resolve an issue with the grill. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great access to Red Rocks

Chose this place due to its proximity to Red Rocks. House itself was exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy or elegant to it, just a really great place to stay and we will plan to stay there next trip as well. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook. Hot tub was a huge plus after a long day hiking/climbing. Also, a quick 15-20 minute drive to the strip, if you feel so inclined.

Comfy Bed! Great Backyard!

Place was very nice and private, plenty of shade in the backyard as well to relax. Bed was COMFY, which is a big plus. Host was very cool and communicated everything that was needed. Place had plenty of coffee, towels etc. Just a solid place to stay and a great host. 10/10.

Great stay in Vegas

Large house in a very quiet neighborhood. Short, easy ride to the strip, Fremont Experience (recommended), Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Even a day trip to Death Valley is easy. The host was very helpful with any questions, even recommended places that our teens might enjoy. The patio with hot tub was a nice at the end of a long day.

Nice place and great hot tob

It is a very nice and clean place to stay. Glad we chose this property. It's very quiet and comfortable with a big garage to park. The hot tub was nice and hot, even when it got down to freezing outside. There is a lemon tree out back. I used one to make lemon butter, just like we got at Giadas!

It was a beautiful home and the owner was great! We had no issues other than the hot tub being a little cooler than anticipated. It was also very cold out that night so that might’ve been a factor.

Desert vacation

This was a good basic house. It has some nice features like a bedroom/bath downstairs and two bedrooms/bath upstairs. The kitchen needs updating as does some of the furniture. Amenities are basic at best. Location was very good for lots of hiking.

Beautiful spacious home

Thank you for providing such a beautiful space. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and the spa was just amazing. I recommend to anyone staying in vegas. 15 min to the strip, and has everything you need they have. Felt just like home. The beds are comfortable, tons of space, and a/c was nice and cold. Thank you so much for this experience.

Great House !!!

The house was just as I expected, it was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Inside is absolutely amazing. Everything we needed or could possibly want was there. A toaster and kettle (my husband likes to drink tea) The bed was so so comfortable. The rooms upstairs are just beautiful (we didn’t use upstairs) The hot tub was a bonus although we didn’t use it it was nice to know we could. Nelson the host was extremely easy to get hold of if we needed him.A perfect house and host what more could I ask for !!!

Non-gambling visit

My mother and I needed a quiet, safe place to stay while traveling from out of state to attend a funeral service in town. We needed a property that had a main floor bedroom and this property met that need. The communication with the property manager, Adelmo, was among the best I've had among VRBO properties. The property was clean and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio while enjoying breakfast. Being able to use the garage was a nice bonus. What I hadn't counted on was the noise/parties from the neighbors in the late evening. While it's difficult for property managers to address, it's something to be aware of.
