Our condo is in a strategic location, within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, stores, and of course, the beach! Equiped with breathtaking views of the gulf, the 1262 sq ft no-carpet condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and outstanding amenities within the complex. There are 5 pools to lounge in, state of the art 2 stories fitness center, putting green, restaurants, sandwich shops, and many more within walking distance to entertain your beach vacations! You really don't need a vehicle to stay here!

This unit has gulf and beach view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. This spacious condo boasts 1262 sq ft with 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Full beds, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen pull out) and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 8.

Living Room: Equipped with 2 sofas, one of them is a sofa sleeper with Queen pull out bed (brand new Summer 2022)

Dining Room: Dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen island with another 4 chairs, total seats 8.

Kitchen: We love to cook, so fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (Summer 2022), dinner set for 16, toaster, mixer, crock pot, electric water pot, Keurig coffee pot, and various pots and pans, one is even big enough for a lobster!

Master Bedroom: King size bed (brand new enclosed zippered Mattress of Summer 2022) with en suite Master Bathroom, equipped with tub, shower and double vanity, and separate toilet.

Second Bedroom: 2 Full size beds (brand new enclosed zippered mattresses of Summer 2022)

Bunk Room: 2 Twin size beds (brand new enclosed zippered mattresses of Summer 2022)

Second Bathroom: Common bathroom to share with tub/shower combo

Laundry: Stackable Samsung Washer and Dishwasher

Amazing view & Decor

was exactly as advertised - beautifully decorated and nicely furnished, spacious, clean, great location, terrific views! plenty of room for 8 of us. within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops, The private pool was perfect for the kids to use as a hangout. You won’t get this close to the beach at some beachfront resorts. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.. Made memories that will last a lifetime, Enjoyed and will be back!

Beach Getaway in a luxury penthouse level condo

What makes this property amazing is the condo itself. The views are absolutely accurate! Sunsets, beach and water views are the backdrop of this place! Decor - It is beachy, with a lot of attention to both elevated style and functionality. Appliances- all seem at least new or newer. super clean and very nice, the washer and dryer especially. Kitchen - ready for a family! it is clean, and has pretty much everything a family needs to cook, prepare and serve meals. the owner really goes the extra mile and I was so grateful for the convenience of having everything I needed. Condo "niceties" - The beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE! The floors seem brand new and are perfect for sandy feet because it's easy to clean. The serving pieces, decor, fluffy bath towels, Adirondack chairs on the balcony, brand new smart tv's and fantastic WIFI connection are the added amenities worth mentioning. Even the toilet paper and paper towels were better quality! Obviously, you need to supply your own TP and Paper towels, but the condo had one roll per bathroom, and a roll in the kitchen to get you started. My family and I loved staying here!

Good location

It is in a good location and furnished well, with a layout that worked well for us. Plenty of pools and a short walk to the beach.

stayed many times here ; we always enjoyed the privacy of the balconies; 1st issue was elevators were not all working and with the volume of people staying and the huge property to cover was a complete nightmare to get anywhere; we had to take stairs which is very unacceptable for the amount of money we were charged. Also the unit i stayed in was listed as a 3 bedroom /with bunk- its actually a 2 bedroom / with bunk s peak Climax Ga.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love that we have views of everything from the balcony, not just the ocean. The condo is very roomy with 1262 sq feet, with outstanding amenities and restaurants in premises. With Walmart right behind the building, you don't really need transportation to stay.
