Penthouse @ The Cabana-Overlooking CB Boardwalk

Summary:
Step into paradise when you stay at The Penthouse! Fantastic ocean views overlooking the Atlantic plus the beautifully decorated and renovated 3b/2ba condo will knock your socks off! Walking distance to the famous and fun CB Boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping! Take a dip in the pool or relax with your toes in the sand. Make sure to catch the sunrise from your private penthouse deck or from the comfort of the condo! You'll love your stay and want to come back!

The Space:
The pool is located just beside the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather

The Neighborhood:
- Centrally located to enjoy all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too!
- Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away.
- Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day!

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
