The condo was everything as advertised. Stunning views from the balcony and easy, direct access to the beach made the stay very relaxing. The owner was very helpful and communicative. This is my second stay and it's on my list of places I would definitely go back to!

Dealing with our host was great. Quick with information and to respond to questions. Views were great
always are oceanfront at Carolina Beach. We did not stay in the room we booked
there was construction on the floor we were supposed to stay on. After hearing the construction noise 4 floors below, glad we moved but feel like we got a downgrade
sounded like drilling through our wall. And lasted later than we were told. Overall pleasant stay
except for the last full day when the temps and wind kept us inside to listen to the construction noise drown out attempts to hear the TV.

The view is amazing! Starting from the beginning the parking is very accessible which is a plus. The elevators are very convenient as it’s on the 9th floor. It was well furnished and also supplied beach gear! (2 beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, sand toys etc). The previous renters apparently did a number on the place unfortunately so a few things weren’t up to par (like it would normally be) due to the quick turnover. But overall it was a very nice place!!!

Good location

1st impression was it seemed smaller than online. Kids didn't have a place for shitcase as the 2 bunk beds are in the hall. Not sure if I missed in listing that a washer and dryer was on property that you have to pay to use. We spent 5 days on the beach day and night so I had to clean beach towels. Having cooler, toys, umbrella and beach chairs we're very much appreciated. Ice is 5.00 bag thay you can purchase at the front office. We enjoyed the swiming pool, but more shaded seating would be nice. The room is directly in front of the elevator, we never could sleep in without hearing all the excitment from children as they waited for the elevator. The cleaning crew was very loud also as they start early cleaning other rooms that are owned by the property. I had reached out and got a very quick response from owner when I asked her about towels. We did not walk to boardwalk from this location but it can be done if your up for a good long walk. Parking was 22.00 for 2 hours minimum @ the boardwalk. A golf cart look like the easiest way to get around. Thursdays night fireworks can be seen from the balcony. We opted to eat in alot and Food Lion was only a few miles away. If you do decide to cook you will need everything including salt and pepper. If you can make the time, going to the aquarium was one of the highlights of out trip.

Not as clean as we hoped

Check-in was listed as 3 pm and we got there at 3:45 pm. Our first impression wasn't wonderful, as it's a very busy condo complex and everywhere smelled of smoke and vape. When we got to the room a cleaning lady answered the door and said she needed more time. My husband and our two girls and I were left awkwardly standing outside the room in the heat with our luggage while people had to maneuver around us. My husband is profusely sweating at this point and my stress level is already peeking. Not a great sign for the start of our trip. After she left, everything was wet with cleaning solution, so I had to wipe down the toilet seat and sink before we used them. I then noticed the towels that were left all had stains and were yellowed from lots of use. My number one priority for a place is cleanliness (which is why we chose this condo from the pics) and this totally grossed me out. We found extra towels in the closet but 75% of them were in the same condition. The bottom bunk bed had bits of sand and crumbs in the sheets, so my one daughter just used clean sheets we found to sleep on the couch. The King bed sheet had a weird orange stain at the top. The pillows were yellow and lumpy. The bathroom walls were scuffed and the air vents were dirty looking. Yes the view is nice and the king bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the kitchen was overall clean and stocked, but the hygiene factor killed it for me. Couldn't even enjoy the deck because people were smoking all day.

Beach vaca

Very neat and in order. Everything needed available, just as if we were in our own home. Beautiful!Was able to get in the condo early which was so helpful for our family trip. Great communication with the owner, very kind and quick response. I truly am keeping this condo in my favorites. Hope to be able to use this spot again!

We had a great stay here! The condo was as pictured and freshly cleaned when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the host was super quick at responding to all our needs and questions. My boys age 9 and 4 loved the bunk beds in the hallway and the king bed in the bedroom was super comfortable. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Beach was clean and we had a great view from the balcony as it is on the 9th floor. Would stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

Ocean front condo

Beautiful condo with excellent views of Carolina beach and ocean front access. Condo had everything needed for a weekend getaway to enjoy. Wonderful host who communicated well and the place was very clean and stocked with supplies. Highly recommend to stay if you are traveling to Carolina beach!

College Tour/Spring Break

My daughter and I travelled the east coast looking at schools. Ended our trip at UNCW and Carolina Beach. We had the best week. Great place and location! I would definitely go back!
