Condo was in a prime location for a vacation at Carolina Beach. We were in walking distance of shopping, restaurants with direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The condo was clean, comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is perfect for a family of 4-6 who wants it all! Super clean, ocean view, walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. The host made it super easy to checkin and checkout. We can’t wait to come back!

We so enjoyed our stay! Great location, but be aware that the bar across the street has some loud music playing unt fairly late at night! It was good music, though!

The location is ideal!! Check in was somewhat of an issue… wrong dates on the parking pass… took a while to straighten things out and I ended up paying for parking so I didn’t get towed. I was reimbursed! Cleanliness was so so… found clothes under the bed and there was sand all over the condo including the balcony. My biggest complaint is the tv in the living room/kitchen area… WAY TO BIG for the wall it is on and when go into the kitchen you better be careful it sticks out about a foot. I almost smacked myself a few times. Beach access was great! I probably would stay there again… I have a feeling that it was an off week for the cleaning crew.

The condo was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay and Jeff the host was easy to get in touch with and texted me the check-out instructions. We loved the location, because it allowed us to walk to the boardwalk, several of the stores and restaurants. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Carolina Beach.

Very convenient to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Had a mishap with parking but the owner took care of everything right away. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Cabana is the best spot in CB to stay. Located close to EVERYTHING! The unit was clean, everything works properly but the sliding glass door sticks a bit. Had a lovely time celebrating our 42nd anniversary........Awesome Sunsets!!!

This was one of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at. The view was incredible every morning. The walking distance to places made it especially convenient and special. But the absolute best was the communication and out of this world service from the hosts! I highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

This was a great place for my older parents to stay. Parking was easy, check in was simple, and there was an elevator and luggage carts. The condo itself was very clean and cute. Decorated really nicely with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s small but the space is very well used. The view is great and easily walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and easy to contact. Would recommend this unit and would stay here again thanks!

Wonderful view, host was very responsive, close to boardwalk & town, ample parking for guests. Slider to balcony absolutely needs to be replaced, very hard to open/close. It would have been nice if hosts provided a few more essentials… beach chairs, you could rent some from different companies in town, but kind of expensive, we ended up buying some from beach store & leaving, toiletries like shampoo, body wash, & coffee pods provided for Keurig, but no creamers or sweeteners, not everyone drinks black coffee. Overall, it was a clean, nice condo w/ a great view of ocean & good location!

The property was excellent! The whole condo was very clean, and it had the best view of the ocean and the beach. There was easy boardwalk access from the property, and there was a shower on the property to clean off after time on the beach. I would book with Jeff again. He communicated specific directions about parking and how to enter the property. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. There were even make-up towels - a thoughtful touch! The wifi was reliable, as this was a working trip for me. Hopefully, I will not be working if I'm able to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Clean and Updated

Place was updated and clean. The pictures are deceiving. You walk in to a long haul and all the rooms are to your right. It’s the last unit on the end of the complex. The AC was cold in all the rooms except the kitchen. Owner sent a fan but needs to be checked out soon. Good location to the beach and boardwalk.
