Beautiful oceanfront 1 bed/1 bath ground-level condo located in gated Sawgrass beach club. Experience spectacular sunrises and walks on the beach.

This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you want. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, covered outdoor patio with endless views, and more!

The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest if necessary.

Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a relaxing family/couples stay at an amazing beach!

The unit is eligible for temporary membership to the Sawgrass Country Club for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) For more inquiries, please reach out to us.

This place will be my go to when visiting the Ponte Vedra area!!! It’s home away from home. Beautifully appointed and clean. Also the perfect location with beachfront views and close proximity to everything the area has to offer. Which is everything!! Janet is a gracious host. Amazing Surf Villa

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and chairs. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean and walking the beach. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful newly renovated condo had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable! Wonderful to be able to walk right out the door onto the beach. Jesse Ballard was really easy to communicate with and we hope to return again sometime soon.

Great location and great property!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice - clean, updated decor, well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and furniture and a big screen TV for watching Wimbledon! Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available for use. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway. Janet was a great host!

Beautiful beach front location

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Easy to book and fast communication. Location is perfect and condo was clean, modern, tasteful and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Only cons are the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper and you can hear people walking around in condo above which kept us awake 2 nights.

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I stayed at the condo during our wedding weekend. The condo was a perfect retreat for us - totally relaxing with an amazing setting right on the beach. The interior is fabulous and totally updated. I can't recommend this place strongly enough - a peaceful beach oasis close to everything. Janet, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful as well. If you're looking for the perfect spot on the beach, this is it!

Beautiful Getaway

The condo has been nicely remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my husband and me. It had everything we needed for our stay including chairs for the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with coffee in the mornings from the patio. Just steps from the beach. The area is beautiful and quiet. Nice walks on the beach with many private homes. Everyone we met was friendly. We will be back.

Heaven at Ponte Vedra Beach

This property is probably the best we have ever rented with VRBO. The owner, Jesse Ballard, was responsive and extremely accommodating. My husband and I were badly in need of a secluded, peaceful location. We found it here. The view from the covered back patio was breathtaking. The condo was well stocked with comfortable furniture, kitchen equipment, etc. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The private beach was very nice! I highly recommend this host, and this property.
