Great Beach Getaway!

Very nice property. Clean and a great location with an uncrowded beach right out front. Well-appointed and decorated unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great kitchen with Dacor double ovens, plenty of storage, and lots of pots and pans. We will definitely be going back!

Best Vrbo Experience Yet!

We stayed with several family members in late April for a nieces's wedding. We can't imagine a single thing that that could have made our stay any better. It was absolute perfection from the beachfront location to the cleanliness to communications with Kendra. You won't regret a stay at this phenomenal property!

This was one of the best beach vacations we have ever had. We have been coming to Ponte Vedra for a legal conference every year for 33 years, but this time we decided to stay off property. This condo is excellent. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, highest quality in all aspects. Excellent artwork. Sitting on the deck is like being on the beach, without the sand and hassle. Of course, we spent a lot of time on the beach, and this condo has everything you need for the beach. I cannot give it highest enough praise. We will definitely go back.

Everything with this amazing property is perfect. Absolutely stunning and comfortable. The owner always responded and made all our request available. If you could give 10 stars, I would. Never have we stayed at a property more than once because we like to try different ones but this one is definitely a redo!!! Thanks for the best time!

Spacius and ideally located

My husband and I and my mother and brother stayed for our niece's wedding week. The unit is spacious and beautiful (even better than the photos) and was the perfect set up for us to be together and also have privacy. Kendra made check in and check out easy. We loved being in the condo and the location made it easy to be out and about. And, of course, the ocean view is stunning and the beach is just steps away. The large, covered lanai makes this home even larger. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We highly recommend!

The property is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location is a plus-beautiful lanai

The cleanliness of the property not what it should have been. Possibly no renters for a while so it had not been freshly cleaned. Especially the master suite. Bathroom vanities and kitchen counters had not been wiped down. We tried to notify the contact person Kendra prior to checking out bc we were not sure of checkout procedure. Never heard from her. We left the keys inside the condo and made sure everything was locked up. Speaking with Kendra prior to leaving would have been a more appropriate way to checkout. The location and decorating of the condo was very nice.

Paula: I am sorry that you were not happy with the cleanliness of the condo. While I will address it with my staff, I have never had a complaint before..and have in fact had many guests remark on how clean the unit was. Regarding the check-out, I always know that the morning of check-out is organized "mayhem" trying to get everybody out the door. I always assume that when leaving, the keys are put back to where our guests have picked them up. I do appreciate your feedback, and will strive to improve on your concerns. Kendra

We loved the apartment, location was perfect for our 2 week stay, everything you want to see and do is within walking distance. Property Managers Homes at Home was excellent very responsive to the few issues we had. They also recommended parking very close by, Parking Plaza Roma. The private lift made the apartment very secure and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The terrace was lovely early mornings and late in the evening during our hot May stay. Airconditioning worked well in all rooms. Only 2 of the three induction hotplates worked but with micro & oven we were able to eat well at home.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Beautifully decorated, spacious, right on the beach, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, excellent check-in and check-out procedure. Definitely will return. A great get-away spot with excellent grocery store and restaurants close by.
