Ideally located above the edge of the striking ocean bluffs of Princeville, Pali Ke Kua #222 has all of the features you could want in your island getaway with the benefit of stunning ocean views.

You will be mesmerized by the amazing sweeping views of lush green Bali Hai Mountains and the ocean beyond when you step into Pali Ke Kua #222. You won’t find a better view than this and the pictures don't portray how amazing the view is. Each morning and evening, you will enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the surfers, the stand up paddleboarders, the Nene, sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and also gorgeous sunsets.

This beautiful Hawaiiana Condo is a perfect spot and boasts a spacious living area, a covered lanai and 2 spacious bedrooms (King, Full, Full) and 2 fully upgraded bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bath, and the guest room (downstairs) features two full beds, perfect for a family or a couple. Both bathrooms are updated with walk-in showers. There is a gourmet fully equipped kitchen with the latest stainless-steel appliances and a beautiful granite counter for those times you do not choose to dine at one of the area's many restaurants.

Enjoying the convenience, a restaurant called Hideaways Pizza Pub is located on site, and is a favorite to locals and visitors, offering some of the best Italian food on the North Shore.

Outside, the grounds are professionally landscaped with lush, tropical flora. There is a paved private path to Hideaways beach for summer snorkeling, relaxing on the beach just basking in the sun listening to the music of the waves on the teal blue Pacific Ocean. If you prefer some water time away from the ocean, a pool and spa are also on site.

Pali Ke Kua is located near the Princeville Shopping center for your convenience. Also, a short drive from Hanalei Bay, shopping and restaurants that Hanalei Town has to offer.

We loved our stay, and especially appreciated the abundance of amenities. We completed 2 puzzles, cooked often, used the beach equipment (some other vacationers in nearby units said they didn’t have any!), and the pool and hot tub were amazing. And the views are amazing (the pictures online don’t do it justice).

Lovely condo! Amazing views

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. This was our second time staying in this general area in Princeville and will most certainly return. This condo had a great layout, open design, and was very well equipt for fun on the beach. Oh and those views of the ocean were fantastics - great whale watching!

We’ve stayed here 4-5 times over the past thirty years with the previous owner. Always wonderful. Makana picked up the baton. Fresh flowers made the days more special. Mahalo!

Couldn't Be Any Better!

My husband and I have been coming to Pali Ke Kua in Princeville for 20 years. We have always loved it. This condo was particularly lovely with a huge TV and a huge view!! The kitchen was stocked wonderfully and with the George Foreman Grill I added myself, it was perfect for the two of us. If we can still travel in our 80's, we'll be back!

Spectacular View!

When you walk through the door and down the stairs to the main level, you realize what you paid for. The view is honestly breathtaking! There are no other words to describe it. The condo itself is very nice. The kitchen cabinets looked like they were installed recently and they are top quality. The appliances are very nice, too. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level and another bedroom and bath upstairs. The lower level has 2 double beds and the upper has a king bed. But all of that really doesn't matter, you are there for the view. There were two times when we were late for dinner reservations because we were lost staring at the sparkling Pacific and Bali Hai in the distance. However, the reason I only gave it 4 stars was on the last day of our stay, the WiFi router kicked all of us out of the system. We couldn't log back in no matter what we tried, and with my son being a computer engineer, we tried everything. The reason this was a problem was because we were supposed to check in for our departing flight that day and we were unable to. The other "problem" with the north shore of Kauai is cell service is horrific! There were times when I had absolutely no service and most of the time it is a one-bar 4G situation. Normally, this isn't a problem because, with service this bad, I can't be bothered with calls for the mainland, which is nice! Fortunately, we took a scenic stroll down to 1 Hotel at the end of the road, ordered a mai tai, and used their WiFi.

Great vacation condo with an awesome ocean view

With bad weather concerns in Denver forecast for our day of departure, we enquired if we could have the condo for one additional day on the front end and they immediately responded and confirmed the availability. We made a similar request for the end of our stay as our flight back to Denver had been delayed, and that was immediately approved.The condo was in great condition, very clean and presentable. The one interaction with the property management, regarding WiFi (the local cable company were doing maintenance), was immediately responded to, even though it wasn’t their issue to fix. A very relaxing stay, and I always was confident that if I had any questions, the management company would immediately respond.
