A main en-suite bedroom with direct access to the back yard along is set back from the other 2 bedrooms that each share a hallway bathroom. The cozy and spacious living room that blends seamlessly into the fully-stocked kitchen has seating for all to relax, enjoy, and cook up some great meals.

For the fun & game enthusiasts, enjoy the indoor foosball table or take it out back for a game of corn hole in the real desert grass. Yep. It's real grass. Just looking to leave the real world behind? Pop over to the corner of the backyard and take a snooze in the hammock under two amazing shade trees.

The home has something for everyone . . . the snoozer, the cook, the swimmer, the lounger, the player, and the lover of cool desert decor. With room for 6 overnight guests and 10 daytime guests, it's sure to be a good time with tons of memories to be had by all.

Location can be considered in the direct flight path, occasional airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
This home does not have a hot tub.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
