The dining table seats 4. All three bedrooms have smart TVs. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. A second full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



The home includes washer and dryer in unit, WiFi throughout, and parking in both the driveway and garage. Pool heating available October through May keeps the water at a comfortable 86 degrees, while the spa reaches 102 degrees. Hot tub heating is optional June through September. No pets allowed.

Palm Springs International Airport is the closest airport. Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 7 miles away. Joshua Tree National Park makes an excellent day trip from this location.
