Accommodating up to 5 people, this charming cottage is part of a beachfront condo complex. However, our unit is uniquely situated in a free-standing building behind the main structure. Take advantage of a direct pathway from our building to the beach (as shown in photos), allowing you to leave your shoes behind and enjoy easy access to the sandy shores.

LAUNDRY
While there is no in-unit laundry, a convenient laundry room with coin-operated machines is available just a few steps outside your door. We've got you covered with a supply of laundry detergent pods, but remember to bring quarters if you plan to use the laundry facilities during your stay.

Note: Please note that this condo does not offer ocean views. While it's conveniently located just one building away from the beach, you won't have a direct view of the ocean from the windows. The beach, however, is easily accessible within a short walk.

House Rules

- No Pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 5 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
