Fiddlerâs Cove 20I has been meticulously transformed into a modern coastal sanctuary. As a top-floor unit, it offers a peaceful environment free from overhead foot traffic. The interior features an expansive open floor plan highlighted by luxury vinyl plank flooring and large windows that invite natural light. The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, fully updated with sleek quartz countertops and premium stainless steel appliances.
Sleeping arrangements include a serene primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a secondary bedroom with two twin bedsâperfect for children or additional guestsâand a queen pull-out sofa in the living area. Every piece of furniture is brand new, chosen for both style and comfort. The island features over 50 miles of paved leisure paths, making bike rentals a popular and enjoyable way to explore. Throughout the year, there are a variety of events, with summer bringing fireworks and many family-friendly activities.
Getting around is easy. During the summer months, a seasonal island trolley operates, and The Breeze public bus system services the area. Of course, traveling by car is also convenient.

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the extensive amenities of Fiddlerâs Cove. This gated community provides a secure environment with 24-hour personnel. On-site facilities include:
Two large outdoor swimming pools and a heated hot tub with a spacious sundeck.
An active sports complex featuring 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, and 2 indoor racquetball courts.
Outdoor living spaces, including gas and charcoal barbecue grills and "tot lot" playgrounds for children.
Scenic walking paths through beautifully landscaped grounds and a lagoon where you can observe tropical birds, turtles, and local alligators.
Complimentary parking within the community.

To ensure a high-standard experience for all guests, please be aware of the following:
Identification: A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is a strictly non-smoking property. To maintain the quality of the new renovations, violations will result in a $500 restoration fee.
Kitchen Provisions: While we provide a comprehensive set of plates, bowls, and cookware, please note that cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not stocked.
Seasonal Promotions: We offer extended-stay discounts during the fall and winter months. Please inquire at the time of booking to apply the 4th-night-free or 4th-week-free promotions (holidays excluded).
The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 â March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 â March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.
