Centrally located unit with easy access to everything from Trader Joe’s, Berkeley Bowl, Novel Brewery along with many other shops and restaurants. Perfect for someone looking to commute with AC transit (2 blocks away) and Ashby Bart which will take you to San Francisco in a less than 20 minutes. The backyard is intimate and enclosed with a seating area, BBQ and vegetable garden.

Fantastic stay

This beautiful, clean, light-filled property was a pleasure to occupy for three days. Spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor sitting area. Host was very pleasant and responded to queries right away. Hope to stay there again!

Lovely home away from home

Sunny apartment - Great location

Sam was an excellent host for our 3-night stay in April. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. The apartment is sunny; beds are comfortable. Street parking was always available. Would happily stay here again.

Visiting Students at Cal

We had a really great stay here. It was convenient to the campus (about a 15-20 minute drive) and centrally located for our stay. The apartment is in great condition and has all the things you might need for a stay. Responsive host was a plus as well.

A little bit of paradise!

A well appointed, lovely home - just right for a family get together. We enjoyed the patio and barbecue. The flat was clean and quiet - everyone rested well. And very convenient to drive to Telegraph for gourmet food, or catch the freeway to travel to other Bay Area cities.

Charming and Clean

We loved this place. It was clean, plenty of climate control options in each room. The location is very convenient to everything. The neighbors are quiet. We had plenty of space to park, even when we got in late. This was a positive experience.

wonderful stay

My husband and I visited Oakland with our toddler to celebrate my birthday with our friends. This place was very close to our friends house. It was clean, pretty and very functional. Beds were very comfortable. We found the place better than the pictures!

Great location and cute

The location worked well for us as we going between Moraga and Alameda. Cute property with good space. The hair dryer was missing and Sam immediately replaced it. I recommend this property.

We had 3 adults and we all loved your apartment! It fit our needs perfectly. We had very hot weather and were on the top floor so it was pretty warm but there were plenty of fans to cool the place down. Plenty of kitchen appliances for cooking. Great property

We stayed here for my daughter’s UC Berkeley Graduation weekend and found it to be a great location for getting to and from the campus. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend it.

Lovely Apt! Great Space!

We had a great stay! The house is charming and well equipped! The pictures do not show how nice they are. Sam is great, he answered all questions so quickly. We and our friends all slept well, beds and bedding comfortable. Good location to get around. Sweet garden. Great Stay!

Wonderful Weekend

We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place!

Christmas trip with family

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The property was very clean. The host even supplied really good coffee. We had all the amenities we needed. We had a couple of questions for the host and he answered them within minutes after we emailed him. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable.
