Washer flooded the utility room & washer wouldn't spin the clothes very well so the dryer worked overtime & got very hot. Had ants & gnats, TVs didn't work, refrigerator leaked, microwave didn't work right, two BDRM thresh holds were loose. Very unhappy, The owner would respond to my calls.

Rough experience

Upon arriving, we found the home was not well cleaned: dried ruing on the toilets, grime on the dining table. We also noticed that the front door jam looked as though it had been kicked or hit recently, as well as one of the inner door jams looked like someone had kicked a previous door in and they didn’t bother really fixing it. Next: we had 7 guests, and about three days in we did a load of laundry. It kept erroring out
over and over again. Left with a big drum of wet, sopping clothes (many that were jeans and some jackets because of the cold weather) I reached the property mgr and asked him what the issue may be. I was informed that “the washer does not work at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.” Of course, I asked why this wasn’t told to us up front and he dodged the question. Finally, he tells me that “most people don’t use the washing machines and they are really there for the cleaners.” Then he tells me that they work enough to wash but we would need to manually wring out all the clothing and use the dryer. No offer to come fix, no offer to make right and no apology for never telling us about their broken equipment. Personally, one reason we wanted to rent a place is so that we could do our laundry and not have to pack quite as much. Also, if the washer is mostly broken
how do you clean the towels, sheets, blankets, etc. effectively? You expect me to believe the cleaners, who have very little turnover time between guests are wringing all of that out? Sure
 The blue bedroom has nowhere to store clothing. There is no dresser, drawers, and the closet is locked so you can’t access it. Also the threshold to this room is broken. When we opened the microwave the vent for it fell and hit my child on the head. There is Wi-Fi at the house, but they don’t offer that access
you have to ask. Lastly, there were ants and gnats all throughout the house. The fridge itself had no less that forty dead gnats in it. For the cost that we paid for this place, I expected it to be much better than what we got. The only plus I can give this property is the location proximity to the tourist area.

Gorgeous Property

I was very impressed with this property, it was very clean and up-to-date appliances. The property is very spacious and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location is very close to restaurants, outlets, Disneyworld and the Orlando Zoo. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The property has a washer & dryer, and is very well kept and cleaned. I would recommend this property for all the above reasons.

Good stay!

The house was very clean and well stocked. We greatly appreciated the extra towels, wash cloths, trash bags, and toilet paper. The vibrating mattress was also heaven and very clean. The only downside to this house was the loud cars that drove by during the night and the neighbors that were shooting fireworks. Had we not had an infant this would not have bothered us! This also isn’t the owners fault as he cannot control his neighbors.
