We love staying here!!! This time it was for move-in, and once again, it was wonderful. Easy access to everything, and so very comfortable and safe.

The place was nice for a long baseball tournament. Better than multiple nights in a hotel. Having the garage is an added bonus.

Dad's Weekend on the Hill

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and accomodations were very comfortable. Great location. No traffic issues coming from and going to campus - even on a game day!!

Great place and close to campus

We were in town for graduation. The apartment was close to campus and very nice. There is a nice amount of room on the first floor and it comes with garage parking. We had a few issues but JoAnn was great to work with to get those resolved.

Great stay in Fayetteville!

The property is super nice and cozy. A lot of thoughtful touches. Comfy beds and good towels! There are several sets of stairs (the bedrooms are on the third floor) so make sure to consider that when deciding if this is a good place for everyone in your party. Would stay there again for sure!

Comfortable and Relaxing

We stayed here for new student orientation. We loved exploring Fayetteville and the campus, and it was wonderful to come "home" to a lovely and comfortable place. We slept soundly every night and enjoyed our time here thoroughly. Will definitely be back!

Clean Cute Condo

Two adult couples found Tyler's place perfect for our golf outing. Beds and showers were great. Beware there are three flights of stairs. Nice to have garage too.

Clean, close to U of A

I can’t say awesome Razorback Getaway II was! Clean, decorated adorably and great accommodations. You truly felt you were borrowing someone’s home. Went on a college tour with daughter, friend and her daughter. Centrally located to everything. Thank you to Joann for sharing her place.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is the perfect get away for the weekend or for the month. It is 1.5 miles from University of Arkansas and a small fee for a uber to Dickson. We have a 2 car garage that we allow guests to use during their stay.
