Enjoy all Fayetteville has to offer! The LOCATION of our updated little 1950s home is everything – walking distance to the University of Arkansas and Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Also minutes to Dickson Street, the Fayetteville Square, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Whether you are traveling for a Razorback game, Bikes Blues & BBQ, or maybe to just have a weekend getaway, the Cottage on Hughes offers a CLEAN, comfortable and family friendly place to stay!

Our little cottage went through a major renovation just a few years ago. This space still has it's cozy charm with new, modern amenities, and furniture. During your stay you will enjoy:
‱ Clean and comfortable, plush beds.
‱ Large, fully stocked, kitchen with open concept.
‱ ROKU TVs in the living room and both bedrooms
‱ Complimentary snacks and beverages during your stay.
‱ Both Keurig and drip coffee pot available.
‱ Complimentary K-Kups and coffee creamer.
‱ High-Speed Wifi.
‱ Culligan Reverse Osmosis Filtration drinking water system in sink
‱ Access to a large backyard and private deck.
‱ Indoor and outdoor family games available.

I will send all information you need for your stay a few days before check-in and will be available via phone, text or the Airbnb App. We have a keypad on the front door for easy access. We also have a newly paved private parking area at the front of the house for up to three cars.

We loved this cottage while in town for a Razorback game! It was an easy walk to campus. The cottage had everything we needed. Great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a quick visit with our son. It was comfortable to hang out in and very clean and cozy. Owners were responsive and kind! Could walk to the campus bookstore and some of the dorms. Definitely could walk to games as well! I would stay again. It is located on main road but no noise was noted!

Fantastic property and amazing owners!! Very quick walk to Maples or the stadium, the property is so well kept and the whole process was amazing. This will be the property I stay at for the duration of my daughter's college experience.

We loved this little cottage. Just big enough for us. Was furnished with everything we needed. And the AC was amazing. It was hot outside! Beds were very comfortable - even the twins! Anna was incredible! Any questions or needs were immediately responded to. I really appreciated this! When we come back to Fayetteville this is definitely on my favorites list!

Feels Like Home

As soon as we step inside, it just feels like home! Great furnishing/deco and very clean. A great place to stay especially for all things UofA. Great places to eat and to the downtown square, less than 3 miles. We just love Cottage on Hughes!

My husband, James, and I have lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over ten years. We both graduated from the University of Arkansas and have stayed here to build a life and family. We love this area and enjoying giving guests the best experience when visiting Fayetteville that we can.

Although new to VRBO, The Cottage on Hughes has been a short term rental for close to two years. It has been so fun to host a wide variety of people and to see everyone enjoy this little house as our family has for so many years before. Our guests range from football fans who are in town for a Razorback game, college parents wanting to spend time with their kids, young families in town to visit all Northwest Arkansas has to offer and so much more.

The Cottage on Hughes is the perfect place to be if you want to truly experience Fayetteville. It is just a short distance to anywhere in town you would like to visit and just a short walk up Garland Ave to campus.
