Spacious home set in lush woods. Enjoy the wildlife in a peaceful tranquil setting with a private wooded outdoor area for everyone to enjoy. Still want to enjoy the beach? No problem! Home sits just 15 mins from the amazing beach towns of Saugatuck and South Haven. If your looking for a relaxing beach day, West Side County Park and Pier Cove Park beaches (just a few stairs) are just a 10min drive away!

Our community has a private neighborhood beach, which is about a 3 min walk. It sits on a high bluff with a nice deck to overlook the fabulous sunsets and about 90 step staircase down to the beach.

Our home boast 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 bedrooms upstairs (one master bedroom with en suite bathroom). Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, small kitchen/bar and full bathroom. Our upstairs kitchen is open concept that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a bonfire with family and friends, outdoor games and lots of swimming. Home is perfect for Summer, Fall, Spring and Winter activities. Plenty of space on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee, cook some burgers or just hang out. We also offer free firewood. Summer books up quickly!

Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Awesome fire pit, hot tub, property. Next door neighbors are close but the hot tub and fire pit are on the other side so it is still private. Very close to the lake with access. Loved watching the sunset.

Wonderful stay

This has been one of my favorite vacation spots. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful location with beach access. We loved the house, and the convenience of location. The only negative thing I can say is that the younger members of my family who stayed downstairs would ask you to change the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms as they did not allow much privacy. Otherwise it was amazing!!

Lovely home and location

My family and I stayed here for a week. There was plenty of space for four couples and three children. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The fire pit and hot tub were a nice bonus to the house. The neighborhood beach was a short walk from the house. The surrounding area was also very nice to visit. We had a great time!

Fall getaway

Wonderful house very quiet and secluded area. Lot of wildlife(turkeys and deer). Great hot tub. Beds not the best. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Would book again

Quiet country setting

We enjoyed the setting a lot. We should have checked more ahead of time to plan better for grocery stores and restaurants. It is a hike up and down the steps to the beach, but the private access to Lake Michigan was very special. The weather didn’t cooperate a lot for swimming, but we did have some great rock hunting!

Very happy with the property. Great location. The rental was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The kids loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The property is just close enough to all the attractions. My girls want to rent again.

Peaceful setting

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved walking down to the private beach for rock hunting and sunset. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns. I only take one star off because the property could use some updating. The host was always friendly and quick to respond.

Even better than last year!

This is our second year staying in this home as it is a family favorite. Beds and linens have been upgraded again, they were very nice last year, but even better this year. The downstairs has upgraded flooring, new stone back splash, sectional and the décor has improved as well. The addition of the hot tub was a welcomed surprise by the teens. House was clean and comfortable as always. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The best location to be for a short walk to the beach and just minutes away from either Saugatuck or South Haven. This is our favorite place to stay every year and it just keeps getting better!

Wonderful girls weekend getaway

Our stay here had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend getaway. The house was just the right size for our group of 4 (and could have easily accommodated 2 more adults). Our host responded in a timely manner to all of my questions leading up to our visit and during our visit. The location was perfect for us to enjoy Fennville, Saugutuck, Douglas, and South Haven.

Nice but could use a few changes

The house is in a great location, and it is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. It would be improved with small changes. There were linen sheets on the beds at the end of July. None of the bathrooms had bar soap. The air conditioner settings were following some kind of automatic program that made it very cold at night. The main floor has a lot of furniture, so it feels a little cramped. Because it is in the woods, most of the rooms are very dark.

Perfect Fall Getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful home, tucked away in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. The home is just a short drive to several nearby towns with quaint shops and delicious dinning. We also enjoyed visiting a few of the nearby Wineries. The short walk to the Beach/Lake access was how we started and ended our day. It is a perfect place to take in the beautiful sunsets!! We loved our time here and hated to leave!!
