1st Floor Beach-town Condo. We are Pet Friendly!

We are excited for you to stay at our recently updated beachtown condo in Lewes! Our updated 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools, park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and a work station that includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The bathroom in the first bedroom has a tub shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower, and a smart TV.

While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our condo! It was very clean and we felt right at home. The 2 pools were an added bonus and the location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We hope to return in the future!

We had a great stay.. Condo was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We stay at the complex often, as our parents own a condo there, so we are familiar with all the amenities, but wanted our own space this time! Beds were comfortable, we loved how the couch turned into a big bed, and the location was perfect. We would recommend to others and definitely stay again!

Great family getaway!

Perfectly located between Lewes and Rehoboth, we had our pick of beaches within 10 minute drives, plenty of places to shop and dine, and a wonderful community pool when the beach jellies and swimming advisories made the ocean less enjoyable. Great condo, great communication. Would stay here again!

First time staying in Delaware

My family and I decided to vacation in Delaware, which was a first time. We were very satisfied with our stay, and the location of our condo was in a quiet but local area that was near many things. It was also great that we were able to take our pup with us!

Everything was furnished well. The kitchen needed a cheese grater but had everything else we needed. Could have used more towels, hand towels and wash cloths. For our 7 day stay I had to wash towels 3 times. There was a washer and dryer which was great but would have rather spent my time doing other things. We had trouble with the lock on our door when we first arrived but a call to Sara and some new batteries solved that problem. The condo was clean and quiet except for the people who stomped around at night in the condo above us. It would be nice if There could be one cabinet set aside for a few groceries. We had an early Christmas dinner there in the condo with family and friends there in Lewes and there was ample room, dishes and cooking utensils. We would definitely stay here again on any return trips. Thank you Sara

Great for a getaway!

Surprised my sweetie with a weekend getaway and this was perfectly located near everywhere we wanted to go. We brought our pup who was also happy and comfortable there.

Relaxing Oasis

The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!

Great stay

This was a perfect spot for visiting Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehoboth Beach. Easy local amenities (the fish restaurant was great!) and the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything that we needed. We'd happily be back!

Perfect space and location!

We absolutely LOVED this rental. Thank you for providing everything we needed, including a list of restaurants and fun places. The beach decor was calming and bright. Beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was perfect for a last minute guest.

Beautiful and cozy beach condo

This is the perfect beach condo in Village of Five Points. It’s clean, cozy and very comfortable. Beds are very good and host provides all towels and linens. Great location, can walk to local restaurants and local food store!

Cozy and convenient condo

Location is fantastic, walking distance to a grocery/pharmacy and restartaunt options. Close to the bike trail, and outside of peak hours, just a few minutes to Lewes or a few more to Rehoboth. Responsive host and clean condo. Would definitely come back.

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend getaway. The condo was as described. We needed to change the check in/out date by one day. The owner responded in a timely manner and was accommodating to the change. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the property and our stay. The pool was lovely. The kitchen needed more supplies. And the owners said they had streaming services that they did not actually provide. Love the location.

Great place and great location

I stayed with my dog while vacationing in the area. I had family staying in a couple of other locations nearby. The condo was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was great and Weis supermarket was right next door. I enjoyed walking my dog in the beautiful community. It was also very well lit at night so I felt safe. My grandkids enjoyed the community pools.

lovely condo super clean

the condo was as described. it was centrally located to all the beaches. host was responsive. very clean and we loved the screened in porch to have our morning coffee on. I would only suggest a few extra bath towels instead of set per person. my dog loved the dog bed provided and the treats. would stay again.

Quiet place to get away

This apartment was very cute. It had everything we needed and Sara communicated very well making sure we knew everything about the apartment. There were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely for a short stay

It was just what we needed. Not much living space but for a quick trip it’s okay. The neighbor above us decided to stomp around at 2:00 am but that’s condo living I guess. Cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to bathroom floors. Overall it was great!

Nice getaway in Lewes

We wanted to get away for a celebration and booked this condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. A nice gesture was the welcome basket that Sara left and other basic items that normally aren't included with rentals, so we didn't have to worry about bringing all those extra items. It was great to be a 1st floor condo too as we brought our dog, and letting her out at night was easy & fast. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Enjoyed the walking path around the neighborhood and being able to walk to Weis. Will stay again when in Lewes.
