La tradition insulaire y est clairement exposée, de même que la vue époustouflante sur l’océan de cette maison de bord de mer intemporelle de Sea Pines Resort. Situé dans la communauté exclusive de "Gold Coast", il se trouve sur l'une des plages les plus vastes de l'île. Littéralement une belle cour sur la plage. Pour maximiser les vues, cette maison en bord de mer a positionné le salon principal, la salle à manger et la cuisine au 2ème niveau avec un porche moustiquaire qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison. Face à l'océan, la cour arri��re est aménagée avec une piscine, une terrasse séparée, une pelouse impeccable et une passerelle reliant les dunes à la plage. La maison possède de la brique Savannah, des œuvres d’art originales et d’autres éléments naturels qui mettent en valeur le charme et la beauté de la maison.

Great Beachfront Family Vacation Location

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Pool, access to the beach, the yard, proximity to the beach club and ease of access to all of Sea Pines was wonderful. We will stay again!

Great family getaway!

Beautiful home and property exactly as described in the pictures. You are minutes away from the beach or you can swim in the delightful inground pool. There's plenty of green grass to play outdoor games or the kids can climb and swing on the play set. This home was the perfect place to vacation with for our growing family.

Excellent in every way

The Vacation Company was an excellent property management company. Everything was seamlessly easy and well taken care of. The home was clean and you can tell that the property owners care about this home. The location is excellent, the pool and play yard were as well. We look forward to staying in this home again.

Best family Vacation

Our stay was great! The back porch and the proximity to the beach were amazing. We were able to cook for our large group and really enjoyed the fact that there wasn’t a tv on the upstairs den and just played games and has good family fun! Also the view cannot be beat!! Would definitely recommend this house, we did have an issue with the separate ice maker but they brought us bags of ice to use while they worked on it.

What a view

This property had the most beautiful yard and swimming pool and the upstairs porch provided a view of the ocean. Getting to the beach was a breeze with the private walkway and we actually saw deer in the yard several times. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank You

No need to leave. this Property has everything!

The house is beautiful, and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped with most everything you will need. More amenities than we expected. Like the pool and beach toys and floats. The bicycles are wonderful, they even brought one for our 8-year-old grandson. I would return in a heartbeat!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Delightful Home in a Great Location

This home is truly a beach house, nestled behind the dunes with a perfect view of the ocean. It is well appointed, the kitchen is modern and has every piece of cookware you could possibly need. Much to our surprise the rental firm provided beach towels too. The rental firm is very responsive should any issue come up. Highly recommend. S Beach Lagoon is the best location in Sea Pines.

Had a great time

We rented here to stay socially distant, which along with grocery delivery was highly possible. Our kids loved the pool and beach access. I loved cooking in the kitchen and especially the hibachi. A few roaches and some leftover food in the pantry was what prevented 5 stars (4.5 would be more accurate), which should be easily correctable. Thanks for renting!

Great house! Great vibe!

I love this house- the herbs and roses by the pool - however this year (this is our second year) the palmetto bugs and roaches were not acceptable for guests staying downstairs. Great updates to the kitcheN! Love the comfy lr furniture and general cottage decor! The stools in the kitchen are wrong height - too tall for the counter. Need to fix the a:c issue on the east side of the house. Those bedrooms are too hot! The west side is great ! I hope to return in the future but will need assurance for downstairs guests - aka my children. Fantastic pool!

The Good, The Bad and the Icky

Loved the location, the screened in porch, the pool and the playground. That area of the beach is so quiet and nice. The screened porch was delightful. Grandkids loved the pool and playground. Things were not clean, though. Silverware drawer had crumbs and hairs and general crud in each slot. Pantry drawers were dirty and sticky (although, cleaning lady did stop in, and when she saw me taking out the drawers to clean them before I could put groceries away, she insisted on cleaning them for me, and said that she was sorry it hadn't been done). When I wiped up some water off the floor, the paper towel was filthy which means the floor wasn't cleaned properly. And there were LOTS of bugs. They came and sprayed inside for us, but it there were still tons of roaches, palmetto bugs, etc. It was really gross to wake up and find a squished earwig in my bed. There were numerous spiders and lizards in the lower level bedrooms .and bath. I would probably have given it two stars because of the poor maintenance, but we so loved the location and screened porch, that I upped it to 3.

The house was in a great location! Even though we were there during one of the busiest weeks of the summer, we almost had the beach to ourselves. The house was great, too. We loved the pool!

Perfect Location, Perfect Screened in Porch

The house is warm and full of Southern charm. The interior is rustic, but the kitchen and bedrooms have been largely updated. The location of the house was wonderful - away from all the hustle and bustle, but still easy accessibility. We could walk along the beach to the Beach Club and to the Golf Club to catch the trolley to Harbortown. The beach and beach access were perfect. The pool was less perfect for small children (no real shallow area, only ladder entry and into pretty deep water), but my 9 and 13 year old nieces loved it (and my younger kids just wanted to be at the beach anyway). The screened-in porch was an absolute sanctuary from the brutal afternoon sun. We could lock it from both sides, and just let the kids play while we read or napped! We spent late evenings there, chatting after dinner, listening to the sound of the ocean. Absolutely idyllic! It was the perfect spot for a vacation with the extended family!

Loved this comfy warm home with it's screened porch!

This home is so very special BECAUSE it has not been remodeled as a McMansion on the Beach. We loved the warm feeling of the wood floors, the artwork, the wonderful, wonderful screened porch with a view of the ocean...reading and listening to the waves was very peaceful and special.. often someone was sleeping or resting on the porch! Not every bathroom is updated--we didn't care; the wood floors made the space cosy and kept the noise down. The house is well insulated and quiet. We loved it. The downstairs bedrooms (queen room and bunk rooms) are more 'beachy' smelling--being downstairs. No one minded. Hopefully, the king bath faucet has been repaired--it did not shut off properly. My husband and I, my two sons-their wives and two kids, my adult single son. The pool is deep, cool and lovely; there is not much shallow area for kids. The yard is lovely and the location is ideal--quiet yet convenient. We spent several evenings on the beach--a short walk. We felt we were sharing someone's home; lovely artwork, cosy furniture; it was a privilege to stay! We rented bicycles--with carts for the kids--loved that! Rented paddle boards and two booster seats and a gate for the stairs for our little ones. Brought beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler with wheels. The beach rental company takes their chairs/umbrellas down at 5--too soon! We loved playing games in the living room and on the beach--wished we had had another week! Great pizza at Fat Baby's; wonderful upscale Italian at Ombra Cucina Rustica; really enjoyed lunch at the Sea Pines Beach Club nearby--a short walk or bike ride. Publix is best grocery store nearby.
