They are the best. Everything was clean, the hot tub was great, and most of all the host was amazing. Our car broke down on the way and they were very accommodating with that situation. If we ever take a mini trip to the area again, there is no doubt we are staying here.

Everything was lovely. Amenities were great (we loved the hot tub), unit was spacious and impeccably clean, bed was comfortable, home was located with convenience to great shops and restaurants in the area. Hope to stay again when in the area.

The cottage was perfect for us. It has a lot of character. The property has a lot to offer for two people or a family. Loved being away from downtown Lancaster. Jess and Bill are gracious hosts.

The host welcomed us as we arrived and was friendly and welcoming.This is an old cottage so it does have the 'old house' smell to it when you first walk in but not noticeable after a few minutes.I requested a muffin tin and the host had it in the kitchen for me upon our arrival. The grounds are beautiful with the main house (host), the cottage and another, detatched unit. The pool and bbq area are well landscaped.The only 'warning' is for people who are light sleepers - the road right in front of the houses is very busy all day long with semi's and construction trucks buzzing by at higher speeds than the posted speed of 35 mph.

Everything was very clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub because it was raining most of the time. The house is clean and comfortable. There is a bit of noise from the very busy road out front, so people sensitive to that might want to bring some earplugs. That said, the location is excellent - close to so many things. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our hosts!

It was close to the Sight & Sound theater and the Country Kettle Kitchen stores. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice, but it should be noted that they are shared with the family and other guests.

Amazing spot! House was great and the host Jess was amazing. She was very warm and welcoming. The outside spots are so nice and it felt private even though we were in someone’s back yard. The house and yard were immaculate with the pool, hot tub, even a sauna. Great location. We had a blast and hope to come back!

A Great Vacation Property

The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! It was too hot for the hot tub or sauna but they were inviting too. The host was readily available and accommodating. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Quaint cottage

This was my first time using VRBO. The description of the property was exactly what it said. If you have a baby and young children they also provide baby beds, high chair, books and games. Great location to the surrounding farm land, shops and restaurants. The host were great. The cottage has a warm country feel. I would recommend staying there.

The perfect spot

This was the BEST location for our visit to Lancaster with our grandsons. I can't say enough about how perfect this was from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We will definitely use this location again when we return to the area. Thanks for showing our family a GREAT time. Our grandsons loved it.

Wonderful Stay in the middle of everything!!

Wonderful stay with Jess and her family. They were friendly and helpful. Their backyard is my dream.... Pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, beautiful flowers and greenery. We used the fire pit and hot tub (wonderful and clean). The cartage house was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and everything you need, even condiments in fridge (and coffee!!). We slept well. We definitely recommend this spot to others and will be returning when able!!

The house was so cute and had everything we needed for our small family. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean. The yard is beautiful. The host was kind and my kids had fun playing in their yard. Unfortunately, the pool and grill were not ready for use, but the location and hospitality made up for it.

Wonderful weekend

The cottage was perfect for three college friends weekend getaway. The property was set enough back off the road that it was still very private. House was clean and warm and well-appointed. We were glad for thoughtful extras like plenty of swim towels and additional throw blankets in the living room. We loved time in our evenings to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. It was too cold for the pool, but the property is lovely so I hope we can do our trip in warmer weather and enjoy the pool too. Thanks for the lovely stay.
