* Keyless keypad on the side door by the carpool.
* Free parking for 3 vehicles.

* Parties and Large events will not be allowed and will be strictly enforced.
* We do not provide Bath Towels for the Hot Tub.
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. [ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. [ 2 ] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior. [ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. [ 4 ] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. [ 5 ] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee. { 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter.
[ 7 ] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest. [ 8 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees. [ 9 ] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge. [ 10 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.
