Dennis and I are retired Hokies who love to travel! We spend part of our time in Virginia, part here in Tampa, and the rest of the time, we travel the world. We love meeting new people and sharing our homes with them. We are seeking 3-6 month short-term renters or those who seek longer stays. Tampa Time is fully furnished.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We chose the Westshore area first, because we fell in love with this house with its large, green front yard and beautiful live oak AND because we could create an oasis in our back yard and fit out a dog run for Annie and Bella. Another huge factor was being so close to walkable restaurants, a movie theater, and only 8 minutes to Tampa International Airport. This location is a win-win-win!

Again, the location is ideal and we've made everything easy -- from a well-outfitted kitchen to TVs in every bedroom (including the kitchen for all those cooking shows!), a comfy living room AND an upstairs den with mini-fridge and microwave so you don't have to go downstairs to pop popcorn or grab a drink for movie or sports night on TV.
The dog run in the side yard is also special. We've made the outside nice for both dogs and humans with our fenced back patio and comfy seating surrounded by lush palm trees. The space above the patio features layers of sunshades in lovely tropical colors. It's the perfect place to relax on those non-beach days! Speaking of the beach, we are only 20 minutes to Clearwater and St Pete beaches. We will leave you a list of the beaches the locals love! You'll also have beach chairs, an umbrella, floats and noodles -- and, of course, beach towels!
Dennis and I have both worked remotely and we value a quiet neighborhood. This place is all that and more! And, to make it easy for snowbirds, vacationers, short-term renters, and remote workers all utilities are included: water, electricity, WIFI, trash pickup, lawn care, and more! The house is move-in ready beginning January 1st, 2024. Start your new year at Tampa Time!
