House was nice. Easy location to things. Only thing was the fence should be fixed so if you want to use the hot tub you’re not staring at the neighbors back yard that is trashy looking.

Great home away from home!

Attended a conference at Tampa Convention Center and took the family with me. Location of this home central great shopping and restaurants. It was a relatively short ride to the Convention Center. My family loved the location and exploring Tampa. Thanks for accommodating our late checkout!

Not as advertised... nothing NEW or Luxurious about the property... we stayed for an hour and left and went to a hotel. Not a desirable neighborhood... old and tired property...

You did not contact us during that time to report any issues or request assistance. • Advertising accuracy. The listing photos and description accurately reflect the home. Recent guests before and after your stay reviewed the property as clean, updated, and exactly as shown, with five star ratings. • Condition of the home. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. There were no maintenance issues reported by you, and no issues found during our post checkout inspection. • Neighborhood. The home is located in a quiet residential area, and the general location is clearly disclosed in the listing map before booking. Many guests choose this home specifically for the location and have commented positively on it. • Luxurious claim. Luxury is subjective, but the home includes upgraded furnishings, modern finishes, and amenities clearly shown in photos. The description does not misrepresent age, size, or features. We are disappointed you chose to leave without giving us the opportunity to address any concerns. The claims in this review do not align with the listing details, our records, or the consistent positive experiences shared by many other guests.

The house had an odor when walking in and the floors were also super dirty. I don’t think they were cleaned before us because we found rubber cockroaches under one of the beds. We had a pet but the gate doors in the back is broken and will swing open. The location was ok but I had three kids I definitely wouldn’t let out front without me. It’s down town so that was cool. The hot tub is miss leading it’s definitely not luxurious. It was leaking so the water level was super low. It also only had two seats where the jets actually work. I also want to add that I did not contact the owner to see these could be fixed because we had a schedule and I didn’t want to be on someone else’s time while on vacation. I also didn’t want to leave my dog alone if someone had to come in to fix things.
Fake cockroaches left from before us. I definitely thought they were real since the floors were so dirty
The leaking “luxurious hot tub” only a couple of the jets worked.

we went to see the packers/bucc's game over the weekend the house was as described very close to the airport very close to the stadium and we walked very close to town/shopping overall a nice stay and Herman was easily accessible would definitely return

Great for family

The house was perfect for 9 of us to fit comfortably. Location was good, with a nearby Walmart and close to Midtown. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely go back!

Ben Davis Beach is only 10 Minute , close to Downtown Tampa (7 min) , University of Tampa (2 mile) , Armarture works, Busch Garden and all of the popular places you'd like to go in Tampa. St Petersburg Downtown is only 20 min away. You’ll love my place because it is newly renovated home and the outdoors space. It feels like a brand new home! It has new furnitures and furnishing. Amazing location close to beaches and downtown. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a cozy, quiet suburban neighborhood just minutes from downtown Tampa and 30 minutes to beautiful beaches! Disney Orlando is about 1 hour away. The backyard with 6 people HOT TUB, bistro light, BBQ Grill and comfortable seating is the perfect way to end your evenings while visiting St Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. This place can comfortably sleep 10 people. There is a sofa/futon in the living room that can sleep an additional person.
This beautiful house is located only 8 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, 9 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15-20 minutes away from Busch Gardens, and 30-35 minutes from Clearwater Beach.
