This lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is conveniently located next to Midtown and SoHo district!
Centralized around the best of Tampa Bay, situated in an upmarket family-friendly residential neighborhood. Very close to Downtown, South Tampa, Tons of restaurants, & much more!

Most highlights of the city are less than 10 minutes away from the house, for example (Drive Time):

The home was Built in 1964 and has been recently remodeled inside and out, from top to bottom,
with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, and a marble tile shower/tub combination. The tub is a whirlpool jet model with 8 jet sprays! The outside hosts a gas grill, and a patio table with chairs.

All bedrooms have brand-new beds, mattresses, bedding sets, dressers, and nightstands. All rooms are cozy but designed cosmetically differently with dark shades and modern-style decorations.

A decorative living room with customized lighting, housing a huge Smart TV, and a variety of games.

The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine.

There is alos video surveillance on the exterior of the house.

Beautiful clean, bright cozy modern home, friendly neighbors, fun patio space, we love that it was near an abundance of local shopping centers and a short drive to the beaches. Communication between the host was superb, We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Loved the house! Very pretty inside! Very clean! Close to places to eat! Was kindly worried about the neighborhood but everyone was nice! Was about 15 minutes from the cruise port!

Clean and friendly host

We messed up the check in time and showed up a bit early and the host was really nice about it. The space was very clean, modern, and updated. There is central AC which is nice but it took a while for the house to cool down in the florida heat. Super close to the airport and necessities, we would stay here again!

Comfortable and Great Location!

Would stay again. Beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The house was spotless. The location couldn't have been better for our concert at Raymond James stadium. We used Lyft to get to the stadium and walked back to the house - very walkable and next time we will walk to and from the stadium. The neighborhood is surrounded by many places to eat and shop and there's a very good mall with great restaurants 5 minutes by car. Yet, the street is very quiet. Every bedroom has a TV with all the streaming services. Great place to stay with our little dog because the backyard is fenced in. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood was quiet although a little farther from the concert venue than we had expected. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

We did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, it had not been cleaned. Poor neighborhood and the backyard was a junk yard. Host didn't respond for 40 mins. contacted vrbo for a refund.

Good.

Overall good. If not specifically mentioned, then it was ok. No dish cloth. Rooms for 6 people, but only 4 chairs. Backyard looks like a junkyard, could be better. Overall Cleanliness is ok, but could be better (glasses, dishes), could change the cleaning sponge (kitchen) after guests leave. Well located, could reach a lot of stores quickly.
