The stay was excellent until the final day. The Keypad to enter the condo died on us resulting in us being left outside for over an hour. Customer service wasnt much help neither was the front office. Thankfully by some miracle to keypad turned back on for a few seconds but enough to allow us to enter the code and enter the building. Aside from that annoyance, everything went well

Great property

Lots to do on the resort. Pretty little place with lots of room for our family. Wry clean and updated. Would definitely come back.

The dryer machine was not working. I call the property management office and they promised me to sent someone to fix it. They were so nice by phone but never sent anybody. We were there 4 days, 3 nights without the dryer machine

Perfect trip!!

Condo was actually larger than it appears in pictures. The ducks, fish and turtles in the canal were an added bonus. Gated, secure. Decent little walk over to the beach but not bad. Very, very clean. Comfortable beds. Loved that there was a Keurig! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and cozy condo!

The space was very clean and felt cozy- the balcony overlooks the canal which had us turtle and duck watching :) The beds were comfortable and the couch in the living room was perfectly sized for our family of four :) Easy private beach access also made taking the kids to the beach super convenient- already planning to stay here again!

Loved Sandpiper Cove

We really enjoyed our time at Sandpiper Cove. There are five pools on the property. A short walk to the beach. There are fans in each bedroom if you like to sleep with a fan running.

Perfect for our getaway

Everything was as pictured. Nice location about 1/3 mile walk to the beach but parking was available in the beach lot. Kitchen is well equipped (though a large stock pot would be a nice addition) and has both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee type brewer. Bonus is that the cabinet at the island has been removed so it's more comfortable to sit there. We had a problem with the front door sticking making it really difficult to get in and out of the condo. I called Vacasa around 7:30pm and a handyman arrived around 10am the next morning and fixed it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fishing trip

The condo was perfect and in great shape. We were able to rent a boat slip just outside our door. Great location and out of the way. Booking next trip will be easy, I’m staying here again!

Terrible experience

I was not able to stay at this property. When I arrived the door would not open due to a faulty lock. I waited 21/2 hours for someone to come fix t and let me in but no one came. I spoke with 4-5 people at the 800 number and they told me several different stories. Finally at midnight I began looking for a hotel room. Everyone I spoke to afterwards told me that was there worst fear in renting like this.

Location

My husband and I loved the location. We used the boat taxi to and from the harbor walk. The boat taxi picked us up at the dock behind the Louisiana lagniappe ,which was just a few minutes walk from our condo.

Nice place but be careful for next door neighbor

Location next to the beach for this place by far is the greatest thing about it, decor and cleanliness is all pretty well kept. Checking in was really confusing because initially I didn’t see a guard at the gate, so I didn’t know whether if I needed a parking pass for my stay. I was quickly reminded of his when I pulled in front of the place I was staying at by the next door neighbor who did not take too kindly to see me without my parking pass. That interaction with this lady was extremely hostile and not welcoming in the slightest bit. She constantly kept questioning whether if I was allowed to be here and I try to tell her I was, nevertheless she tried reporting me to security. So a word of warning for anyone staying here, make sure you get that parking pass because she will get in your face and remind you why you’re not allowed here. Also Vacasa gave me the wrong WiFi information, it took until the last night I was staying there for the correct information to be delivered to me.

Great Place

Really enjoyed my time here. Short walk to the beach .3 miles took maybe 5 minutes. Are able to get a water taxi on site to take you to the harbor walk. Short drive to the harbor walk as well. I was able to get Netflix on the living room and master bedroom tv. Community is nice and quiet great for a relaxing vacation. I recommend and will be going back!

Great place to have a guys trip

Very nice, clean, conveniently close to everything we needed and wanted to do. They did have a problem with the cable so we were not able to watch TV at all, but that was ok, so much to do outside anyway.
