Nice Property

The good - Excellent and responsive property management, well-appointed and beautiful house, steps to beach, incredible views, comfortable beds, and good value compared to other properties. The not-so-good - Construction of a fishing dock is currently in progress nearby (making it noisy everyday except Sunday - as of Nov 2025), main street can be noisy (and primary bedroom is on that side of the house), and the hot tub breaker frequently trips. Just FYI - Cars are allowed to drive on the beach in front of this house. I would definitely rent again from Bolivar Vacations but would look in a quieter area.

Great House Great Location

Second time at this house and it’s still fantastic!! Clean and updated house with comfortable furnishings, spacious layout, and beautiful views! The beach front location is perfect and on the quiet end of the beach. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!!

Gorgeous beach view

This property was perfect for our family of four to have a relaxing beach vacation. The house is beautifully decorated, had all of the things we needed, and is just steps away from the beach. Everything was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
