This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom decorated ocean view condo promises a vacation you will never forget. Relax while gazing at the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean from your private fully furnished double balcony. Inside amidst reclaimed wood, organic sheets, and cotton robes you have three Keetsa king beds in three bedrooms + a den with plush seating, large flat screen TV's throughout. Every piece of furniture hand selected by top designers and custom made to perfectly accent this immaculate condo. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

This was the perfect place for a group of women to stay in Miami. It was very spacious and clean. Having access to the hotel amenities was really great. The staff in both the condo tower and the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful.Our only feedback is that one of the showers had very low pressure and multiple of the shower heads leaked so we had to close the bathroom doors at night so the dripping sound did not wake us up.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The property is exactly as described, and the Property Manager was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Great stay

Check in process and communication with host was seamless. The only negative was that the TV was not working. The host sent a team of handyman to come and fix it. They spent 2 hours in the room but the next day it was not working again. Other than that- everything was perfect. The ease of using all the amenities (gym, pool, beach, reservations, kids club) was similar to being a hotel guest, but you get the comfort of a large apartment.

Terrific Oceanside Retreat

This place is stellar, the rooms are spacious and clean. My sister’s family and our family were able to relax in a beautiful place together during Thanksgiving weekend, the living room allowed us to hang out comfortably. We enjoyed the communal dining table and coffee on the deck in the mornings, with the ocean breeze. Getting access to the one hotel amenities and services made this such a fun and memorable trip!

Miami Girls Weekend

We had a small group stay to celebrate a friends upcoming wedding and everything about this property and experience was wonderful. The condo was stunning and comfortable, the guest services team was incredible and answered all of our questions and even put our groceries in the fridge before we arrived! Everything was so seamless and we had a wonderful weekend thank you so much.

Cool Miami Fun

We really enjoyed our stay in Miami. The hotel/residences are beautiful and offer a terrific cool vibe with modern decor. The apt itself is very spacious, nicely decorated, and has all the amenities. It's quiet and you don't hear any noise from neighbors. Loved the shower. The facilities are gorgeous especially the pool areas. We ate at Habitat and it was simply delicious. The only recommendation I have would be to include pack-n-plays for children. Unfortunately they quoted us quite a large fee to rent for a few days (we ended up using a separate company for a fraction of the price). Otherwise I definitely recommend this place!
