Discover the charm of Villa Bay Breeze, a fully renovated villa with 60 feet of Bayfront and captivating views of the open bay and Miami skyline. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property boasts exquisite finishes and stylish furniture throughout.

Experience the allure of Villa Bay Breeze, where comfort and sophistication blend seamlessly in Miami.

The Space:
Indulge in the amenities that await you, including a heated pool, terrace, Sonos sound system, outdoor BBQ, and more.

For your comfort, we provide the following:

- The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels.

- Welcome amenity provided: welcome amenity, shower gel, original nespresso capsules for your first day.

- Free Wifi.

- Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living, giving access to Netflix and other apps - 5 TVs total. 75" TV in the living room.

- The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.

- Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.

- Children welcome.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The villa's prime location ensures convenience, with the beach just a short 10-minute drive away and Miami Beach's finest shopping and entertainment destinations reachable within 20 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
The main guest is required to sign a rental agreement upon booking the property.

The entire booking process, the welcoming and the support during our stay were first-class. The home has been newly renovated and is modernly furnished. The layout is spacious. The outdoor area with the pool boasts a unique view of the bay, including downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Our stay was perfect, and we would love to return.

Great location for couples trip

This house is perfectly set up for 4 couples who want to explore everything Miami has to offer! Each bedroom was roomy and comfortable complete with its own bathroom. Kitchen was well-appointed- complete with coffee maker, electric kettle, and blender. Great pool and hot-tub, plenty of areas to lounge, and fun activities like ping pong and pool tables.North Bay Village was a great central location- 20 minute car ride to Bal Harbour, North Beach, Little Havana, and Wynwood. There is a grocery store and liquor store within walking distance that had everything we needed.Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to messaging through the app. Wouldn't hesitate to book this location again!

Beautiful view

The home was very clean and comfortable with each bedroom being ensuite which is fabulous for 4 couples. The view from the deck over the water is one of the best views we've ever had. The kitchen was well appointed. The only problem we had was the lack of communication leading up to our visit and arrival. I was not given a contact, which I asked for through VRBO, or a way in to the home and there wasn't anyone there to meet us. We didn't have a way to contact anyone. One of our guests had to google Caroline and located a number after waiting outside for an hour. They had no idea we were not greeted. Another host, Maria, let us in and she was wonderful! All that to say, once we settled in we thoroughly enjoyed the home.
