Time Away 30A - LSV, Bikes & Steps from Pool

Welcome to Time Away 30A! A pocket of peace awaits you in the highly sought-after Prominence North community in the heart of the iconic 30A, located in between popular Seaside and Rosemary Beach, across the street from the wildly popular, The Hub/The Big Chill. A low speed vehicle (6-seater, street legal golf cart) is included in your stay so that you can enjoy all of the scenery that 30A has to offer!

Everything you need for the most perfect getaway is here in this custom 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 9 comfortably. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a large, walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk room has 3 twins and a full bed. These two rooms share a full bath with a bathtub. Each bedroom has quality bedding and large Smart TVs.

The eat-in kitchen features a gas cooktop, large island, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances. Just bring the food and coffee!

Looking for a pool? No problem! One of the best pools on 30A is a 5,000sq/ft, zero depth pool just a quick walk across the street from Time Away 30A. Enjoy a private patio that backs up to a nature reserve. Sit outside with your morning coffee or a good book and enjoy all of the peaceful nature sounds.

Where's the beach? We're glad you asked! Take the 6-seater golf cart or one of the 4 adult and 2 children's bikes available at the house and swing to the right or left. In 5-10 minutes to the left, you'll be at Gulf Lakes Access and to the right, just a quick ride away you'll find yourself at the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park Access (August 2022). Both beaches have emerald waters and sugary white sand. Enjoy our beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler and beach towels at the beach! Enjoy passing the beautiful inland dune lakes on the way. There are only 4 places in the world that have inland dune lakes and 30A is the only one on this side of the planet.

Great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Time Away 30A! The property was in an excellent location, and it was spacious and had everything you needed. Our favorite things about the stay were the golf cart, beach necessities and I loved the guide they sent you ahead of the trip. 5 stars!

Peaceful, relaxing, just what the doctor ordered!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and cozy. It was easy to make ourselves at home. They had everything we needed plus more! The golf cart was of course a plus! We loved having the bikes to take family rides also! I hope to come back again soon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Time away condo! Everything was so well planned out and we really took advantage of the e guide that was provided for us. The accommodations were wonderful and we had plenty of room. Everything was so nicely decorated and equipped for a home away from home. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the amenities that it provided. We took full advantage of all of them. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic and we utilized the golf cart all week. We definitely would come back!

Great Place for Family

The house is inviting and cozy, response from property owner was lightning quick, neighborhood was busy with families during the day and kids on bikes at night just enjoying being kids. Would recommend anyone with teens to vacation here.

The place was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Its very close to the pool and a short walk to food and entertainment. We will definitely stay there again.

This place was beautiful and immaculate Everything we needed was there
the owners thought of everything their guests might need. The location was so convenient, so many restaurants within walking distance or close enough to reach with the golf cart. The beaches were also so easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. The owners made sure we were comfortable, happy and that we had all that we needed for a great week including information on every local place. They checked in often We will definitely be back. 30A is a great place to visit.

UN-BE-LIEVABLE!!! Our first time to the 30A and man did we hit the jackpot with this host & home!! The location is superb. You're basically 5-30 minutes away from all the iconic places like Seaside, Blue Mountain, Alys & Rosemary all kinds of hidden gems that the property app takes you right too. The home was IMMACULATE and I don't share that lightly. My wife has a phobia about staying in dirty places. It smells great. Feels great. Sleeps great. Has all the things to make meals and enjoy just being there. The bikes & go cart were freeking awesome. All the beach supplies you need. Of course there are advantages to staying on properties with private beach access, but staying here gave us an opportunity to EXPLORE AND ADVENTURE. Highly recommend the Deer Lake beach access (go early for parking) and bring all the beach stuff. Across the street at the Big Chill is a blast and there is great shopping. Just down the road is a little complex of super yummy restaurants and the ebike rental at Yolo is a must! The pool onsite is awesome! Sometimes nice to just chill there out of convenience. Keep in mind, the 30A is hopping and jam packed with tourists. If you don't get an early jump on stuff (including dinner) you're going to be waiting. Anyway, cannot recommend this place enough to any family that wants the perfect stay on the 30A. Extremely responsive. Felt like we were talking to friend the entire time. Can't wait to go back!

Just two families who were looking for a place to make lifelong memories. We have traveled to MANY different Florida beaches and upon our first trip to 30A we fell in love. We enjoy the outdoor living, bike riding, incredible restaurants, sugary beaches and family-friendly atmosphere. Our combined 6 kids range in age from 9 to 24 and there's experiences on 30A for all of them to enjoy!
In May 2022, we bought this home in Prominence that has quickly become one of our favorite places in the world. We love to walk across the street to eat, shop and watch movies and sports at The Big Chill, formerly known as The Hub, ride bikes to breakfast and read on the beach. The restaurants are fabulous and full of so many options and destinations like Crab Island are just a short drive away. It is truly the best of all worlds!
