We are located close to the pool in the Prominence Community on 30A located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. A premium corner location near the pool, awaits you at Prominence North directly across from The Hub/Big Chill. This is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property. NO PETS or animals of any kind allowed.
This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has numerous new upgrades located in 30A's hottest community. The HUB (BIG CHILL) offers something for everyone of all ages and tastes, from tacos and cocktails, to wings, BBQ, burgers and shakes, ice cream, candy store, great shopping, general store, coffee shop, wine shop, family activities and movie nights comes with outdoor entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Small dishwasher soap, small dish soap, trash bags-2, small washing machine powder, liquid hand soap in bathrooms, kitchen sponge, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

WHILE IT IS POPULAR, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: THERE IS A SMALL PARKING AREA AT THE ACCESS (APROX. $3 FOR PARKING PASS IS GOOD FOR ALL DAY) BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE ACCESS. THE WALK FROM PARKING AREA TO THE BEACH IS A BIT LONGER THAN MOST AREA ACCESS, STUNNING SPOT. IMPORTANT - BECAUSE THIS IS A STATE PARK, AND NOT A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS, ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED. BEACH SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION.
WALTON DUNES: WALTON DUNES IS ABOUT 2 MILES TO THE WEST AT THE END OF BEACHFRONT TRAIL. THIS IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS WITH PARKING AND SHORT DISTANCE TO THE BEACH.
SANTA CLARA: SANTA CLARA IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS LOCATED NEAR BRAMBLE GROVE ROAD, ABOUT 3.5 MILES TO THE WEST OF PROMINENCE. THIS IS A SCHEDULED STOP FOR THE PROMINENCE FREE BEACH SHUTTLE. PARKING AND BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE SANTA CLARA ACCESS. IF YOU TAKE THE PROMINENCE SHUTTLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 9 AM TO 3 PM.
