Idéalement situé derrière la colonie d'artistes Ruskin Place et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants de la place centrale, Plum Lazy est un chalet merveilleusement aménagé et décoré. Le premier étage comprend un salon ouvert confortable, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour. À l'étage, la chambre principale avec lit king-size a une salle de bain privée (douche seulement) et la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et lits jumeaux qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Pour profiter de l'air frais, il y a un petit porche ouvert à l'entrée et un porche meublé ouvert au deuxième étage. Pour des options supplémentaires, le chalet attenant de 2 chambres, Plum Crazy (relié par des vérandas), peut également être loué pour former le chalet de 4 chambres, Plum Lucky.

We would have liked some room-darkening window treatments in the bedrooms and a better eqiupped kitchen. We enjoyed the short walk to the stores, beaches, and pool. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this two bedroom vacation home for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect house! We were walking distance to the plaza with restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the wedding reception. The house was charming, in perfect condition and came with several amenities including two bikes which we were able to use to tour the whole area. There was plenty of room for the three of us with two bedrooms, a king size bed and a queen size bed. I would definitely return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home is in a perfect location and has great potential. The problem is that they put zero mantanance into the place. Simple stuff. Most all of the pull handles on the drawers were loose. The shower glass door shower handle was about to fall off. The vanity door hinge was broken. The yard and crows nest had leftover trash all over. Ice maker wasn't working. This is very simple maintenance but it is ignored. Break out a screwdriver and tighten the place up. I would not recommend this place or return without a maintenance plan in place. Oh, and the mattresses were terrible. For these prices,I want a good night sleep.

The upstairs bedroom has only shear blinds & the master bath does not have any blinds which was a concern with privacy. otherwise, a great home for vacay.

Everything was very clean and completely met our expectations. We loved sitting on the balcony on the rainy afternoon, watching the sun set from the tower, and having family meals around the kitchen table. We would definitely return!
