Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the kayak's on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

Inverness vacation home

My husband and I stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the nice Florida weather. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to a minor issue. We’ll be back!

Fishin House

Our Grandchildren call our summer rentals in Florida "The Fishin House" because we always rent a house on a lake with a pool... This house is one of if not the best yet... We caught fish off the dock, went for boat rides, and swam in the pool near constantly... It's close enough to do an Orlando day trip which we did... Kimberly was awesome about communication. We were more than pleased with this Fishing House

We had a great visit, the location was awesome and the house was great also. We used the pool and pool table for hours of enjoyment, we had a couple of fishermen with us and they enjoyed the lake out back. Kimberly was amazing, if I had any questions she would get back to me within minutes if not sooner, one of the reasons I booked this house was because of Kimberly I had a few questions before renting it and she answered me right away. I tried to ask questions of other houses and all I got was a computer generated answer. Thank you Kimberly for such a great house and hospitality.

Easy to relax!

The house was perfect for a family vacation! Pool stayed warm enough to swim each day. The house is spacious and has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time. Great views out back over looking the lake. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Family Trip

Kim’s lakefront pool home was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed sunset on the dock in the evening, such gorgeous views. Great to hop in the pool at the end of the day. Very comfortable and easy to communicate with Kim.

Family fun

We had a great time. The location was perfect! We could take our boat out and enjoy the beautiful scenery, the playground at Liberty Park and food and drinks at the Cove. The only disappointment was the pool being heated with solar so it was never warm enough to swim. We all still had a great time hanging out on the patio and by the fire pit in the evening. Thanks for everything!

Great Water View

This rental is amazing, you won't be disappointed. Lovely town , lots to do within 30 minutes. Nice park in town. Beautiful bike trail. Gazebo on dock is amazing. You can sit out there for hours enjoying the view. Fantastic sunsets. Lanai is lovely, comfortable seating. Nice pool and pool table. House is very comfortable. Highly recommended this rental !!! Kim is great to work with.

Everything was great except the pool was hot the first two days. However, the owner got the pool tech to come out and he fixed it. It would have been nice to have had it fixed the first day. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Best Rental Ever!!!

We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful lake front home. This house is fully equipped with literally everything you need....and more!! The pool was great, the pool table was fun to use and we caught several bass, catfish, and other fish in the lake. It's gorgeous out there! Driving back and forth to Orlando was easy too. We saw Manatees in Homosassa and ate at several great restaurants in Inverness!! The Cove, Stumpknockers, Coaches, The Hen House, Cedar River Seafood and more!! The house was clean and ready and there was great communication with the owner. My mother lives on Gospel Island right down the street and I would book this house again in a heartbeat! We had a blast together! Thank you for a fantastic Summer Vacation!! It was a dream come true!

Disappointed

The hall bathroom has some mold around the bathtub. The inground pool is shown as "heated". The heating is by solar. Because the listing does not state this, one would assume the water is heated continuously. In January in Florida the sun is not enough to heat the water. We never had the temperature above 75 degrees. Never got into the pool. The picture showing the pool within a covered area, is also not a glass enclosed area but merely a screened cover. So any heat the water would get is lost because the pool really is still outside exposed to the weather.

Kim was an amazing host!! She was extremely quick to respond and the home was fully equipped with anything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was the perfect temperature and the home was immaculate. Would absolutely recommend this home to family and friend and would love to stay again.

Perfect waterfront ‘staycation’

We live in the area but with family visiting decided to rent this lovely pool waterfront home. It is lovely sitting by the pool and watching boaters go by. We have airboats too and it was nice to be able to park in yard with direct access to the Tsala Apopka Cahin of Lakes!! So peaceful and the house is gorgeous inside.

Amazing Stay!

This is beautiful house, nicely decorated, completely remodeled and with everything you need to feel at home, also very clean and with a comfortable. Mattresses were all very comfortable too. The lake in the back was beautiful, it connects to other lakes too, it was very nice to have coffee at the dock. The pool was clean and big, the kids had an amazing time playing. The property manager replied timely to all my questions, not that I had many because everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet, friendly neighbors on one side, empty house on the other side. The places we chose to go to were around 40 min to 1 hr away but we knew this beforehand and we didn't mind, it's a nice area with no traffic and nicely landscaped streets. We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent again!
