Just minutes away, you can easily run home for a snack or mid-day nap. When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill, and lounge by the pool. If you're spending the night in, relax in the central AC and stream the latest release together. No problem if you can’t agree on a program - each bedroom features a TV as well. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
