You have found the perfect place for your vacation! Our building is strategically located for your absolute convenience! Just one block from the grocery, one block from amazing breakfast food and coffee shop and a short, enjoyable walk from restaurants, ice cream and shops! You will enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, outdoor pool and hot tub or even a game of tennis. Access the beach through the building's gated boardwalk, wide and equipped with rinsing stations and lights for those who enjoy the evening strolls on the sand, this upgrade ensures an even more wonderful experience as wheeling a cooler or a cart with everything you need for a day by the waves is made easy and short.
Our slice of paradise sits on the south corner of Ocean Vista Towers, on the ninth floor! Sip on your favorite beverage and listen to the waves as the stress melts away on the oversized wraparound front balcony where you can contemplate breathtaking views of sunrises on the gulf and sunsets on the bay. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Carefully decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind, you will fall in love with the beach cottage feel! Our large dining table has held many laughter-filled meals. Board games and movie nights are just perfect after a sun filled day on the sand, ocean or fishing excursion! You will also rest on memory foam mattresses and down pillows dressed in fresh new cotton linen.

Wonderful Stay in SPI

This condo is a GREAT place to spend some family time. The location on the island is perfect for walking to many of the restaurants and bars. The ocean views are spectacular. Everything we ever needed was available in the condo, plus stuff we didn't know we needed. The host is very responsive to questions.

Our group really likes staying at Ocean vista towers. Melissa's place was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the corner unit with sprawling views and an extra large balcony.

This was a dream vacation for our family! It’s the first time I have vacationed with my adult children and grandchildren all together. We had such an amazing time! The condo is lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with more more, than the essentials! The kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. The balcony is huge and the view is exceptional! Melissa is the best! Great, swift and thoughtful communication Check-in was easy. Only one thing was very difficult in the whole experience

Ocean Vista stay

Excellent stay!! We travel to South Padre once or twice a year. This condo has to be the best yet. It was only two of us but there’s plenty room. The balcony is huge & the view is amazing. The ninth floor really spoiled us. Very clean condo & Ocean vista is well maintained. Great central location. Would definitely stay again. Melissa reached out whenever needed. Thanks so much!!

Great place to stay.

This condo was a corner unit that slept 8 comfortably with beautiful views of the water and beach. There was easy access to beach, stores, and restaurants! I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a nice, clean place to stay on South Padre Island!
