One has a king bed and smart TV, while the other provides a queen bed, smart TV, and sitting nook. Another queen bed and smart TV await in the fourth bedroom. The guest bath has a walk-in shower.

Soak up the sun by your private heated pool and hot tub. An umbrella-shaded tanning shelf is perfect for staying cool. A fence surrounds the entire outdoor space. Parking notes: Parking is available for 4 vehicles with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Optional Pool Heating Fee for your private pool is $79/night, recommended early-October through mid-June. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs; an Advance Utility Deposit of $1500/month is required.

Up to 2 Well-behaved, "prior-approved" dogs are welcome in this home; US$150 + tax Per Dog Fee.

Music is not allowed to be heard outside the home 24x7.

Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).
