Pool Heating is a $50 additional fee to 88 degrees. Hot tub heat is included to 102 degrees.
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master Suite has a King size bed, 60` TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

Living Room- Large very comfortable sofa, 75` TV Loft sectional and Queen air mattress for additional sleeping in the bedrooms available upon request.
KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…
LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75`` LG TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE: The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group, did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 65` outdoor TV, fire pit w/seating, built in gas BBQ and more.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, keuirig coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron & steamer.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)
AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course) : From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.
LOCATION: 4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

Another great stay!
This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It is the perfect house for a family vacation in the desert. We particularly love the location and the pool is perfect for kids. Additionally, our host was very accommodating to a last minute modification we needed to make on our stay, which we greatly appreciated.

Fantastic stay in La Quinta!
My family and I stayed in the house for 3 nights. The house was perfect and a great location in PGA West / La Quinta. Large and very functional kitchen and an awesome pool for young kids. Really enjoyed our time here and we look forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful home, very clean, and accommodated the seven of us very well. Unfortunately the American Express golf event was going on while we were there. This meant there was literally zero scenic view. Instead, we saw a giant tent that blocked everything, and heard generators running the entire time while crews worked from sun up to sun down directly in front of the pool. While the listing warned of this possibility, they didn’t construct this tent and other adjacent structures overnight. The host/property management company must have known this was here and could have done more to inform us. Despite all of this, the property was fantastic, and communication was quick and responsive. If we could confirm that the structures would not be in place, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great property, only a few details that I would have to improve upon. Those detail are as follows: the beds could be upgraded as they were pretty low quality. The sheets on the upstairs bed were pilled, so they could be replaced. The front bedroom doesn't get good A/C, so we had to keep the door open to the living space to get A/C in there. Other than that this place was great
