Annual Winter Get Together

We have a group of close friends who get away for a long weekend every winter. It started out as a ski weekend, but since we are all of a certain age and decided to slow down a bit. This house fit us perfectly. Jason was extremely responsive as i did ask a lot of questions .The size of the bedrooms was one of th aspects that made us choose this property. Others offering 8 bedrooms are often divided and are small. The bathroom count was perfect. Since we visited in March parking was not a problem. We had 6 cars. I missed the number parking passes are limited to 4. THIS IS IMPORTANT If you are visiting in the summer. The boardwalk is literally at the end of the end of the block.Great house for a large group.When we return we will car pool.

Cleanliness

There were ants and gnats in the kitchen. Broken blinds in multiple rooms. My husband cleaned all outside garbage cans because of the smell when sitting on the beautiful front porch.

Family Vacation

The vacation home worked out really well for the entire family! With 8 adults and 5 children we used every bedroom. The 1st floor worked out really well. The kItchen, dining, living and ping pong area could handle the entire family. The outdoor area in the back was great for outdoor family dinners and the front porch was a great place for the adults to sit and talk while the kids were in bed or watching TV. The location was great with a short walk (less than a block) to the boardwalk and the beach. The beach was great and not overly crowed.

Adults birthday trip with 15 adults

I was so happy to see how close we were located to the beach and boardwalk. It was so convenient. The neighborhood was safe and clean. There was a cute coffee shop 2 houses down from us that we frequented. We were able to easily park on the side streets. The house fit our group of 15 no problem. Jason was very accommodating to our group! This is a great property for a group!

Girls trip

This house is great for a large group. First floor all living with ping pong table that was used. Porch is big with furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The patio was equipped with table and comfy chairs for eating or chit chatting all evening like we did. We had all girls and there were plenty of bathrooms and beds for all to sleep. Second and third floor 4 bedrooms each that are very spacious. The house is in a great location right down from a boardwalk and steps to the beach. The cute little coffee shop is 2 doors away open on weekends. Uber/Lyft was plentiful in this area navigate. Jason was so easy to correspond with and promptly replied. He was a great host.

Great property right at the beach

Parking is a bit tricky if you have a large group. The beach is clean and a very short walk to the boardwalk. Property was perfect for our group with several bedrooms. Would visit again if we come back to Atlantic City. Jason was more than attentive to us if we needed anything.
