Neptune-near-the-Sea 8 couchages et dispose de 2300 pieds carrés, 3 chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bains, un garage pour 1 voiture et un ascenseur du garage au dernier niveau de vie. Il y a de petits porches avant et de grands porches arrière sur les 3 niveaux de vie. Le premier niveau de vie à aire ouverte comprend le salon à haut plafond, la charmante salle à manger et la cuisine bien équipée. La maison est agréablement aménagée avec des photos et des illustrations, et une pléthore d'autres accessoires comme des bibelots amusants et de petites antiquités qui rendent la maison très chaleureuse et accueillante.

Great Location

Beach was walking distance and it was so easy to get there. The neighborhood is beautiful and a great place for families to stay. It was a great vacation!

The house was great. Plenty of room and just a quick walk to the beach and to some great restaurants. The host was excellent with communication and information. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Family Stay

Had a wonderful time here at St. Simons. A 2-3 minute walk adjacent to the king and prince resort using the public beach access. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids and that makes things incredibly easy when you are traveling with 3 children! I recommend this property to everyone who can!

Island Time

Great 6 week visit to St Simons! We have been wintering there for the past 5 years, staying a different place each year. This is one we would like to return to. The location and amenities were just what we were looking for.

Great Space and Steps from Beach

Location is A+++. 100 yards from front door to beach right behind the King and Prince and easy walking distance to three/four restaurants! Judy was clear and easy to work with. Love that it has 3 1/2 baths for 8! Had a great family trip!!!

Great house and location for a vacation stay

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation stay. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and storage for everyone. Restaurants were close by too. My only complaint is there should be a king size bed in the master. I believe it was a full size which is small for two people. I would definitely stay here again though!

Thanks for the lovely review...much appreciated!! (Note that except for the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, all others, including the sofabed, are QUEEN-size, not double. We happen to like that size, as opposed to king, & certainly agree that double would definitely be too small 😊.)

SSI Townhome

Excellent location. Townhouse was in perfect shape. Communications were great. We have no complaints. A short walk to one of the best SSI beaches. This unit could only be better if it had a swimming pool or access to the pool at the nearby King & Prince.

Perfect Stay - Walking Disrance to Beac and Fully Equiped

Our stay at Judy's townhouse on St. Simon’s Island was absolutely perfect. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The townhouse was immaculate, and Judy had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The townhouse was fully equipped with all the essentials and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Judy was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

St Simons is wonderful. The condo is charming - it provided a good home base for our trip, but it would be great if: 1) the master had a king sized bed (the queen sized mattress is too old to be comfortable for 2 people; my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate rooms) 2) the bedding and linens were more like hotel-grade (the sheets and towels looked to be from a by-gone era) 3) shampoo was provided (we bought a normal sized bottle of shampoo at the local store and donated it to the house) 4) blow dryer was provided (who packs a blow dryer these days?) 5) a few maintenance items around the house were attended to. The owner was very responsive to a minor problem we encountered during our stay.

This review is rather inconsistent with all the other (5-star) reviews we've received. This renter appears to have had expectations of a "hotel" experience, rather than a private property rental home. Note that our place is a townhome, not a condo, and we work hard to keep it extremely lovely for our guests. Other than the one "minor problem" (noise from a smoke detector needing a replacement, about which, as she says, we were "very responsive,") there were NO other "maintenance items." We are always responsive to our guests, and it's why we've had quite a number of repeat visitors that come back knowing they will have a wonderful, top-notch stay.

Excellent location with plenty of space

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location was great and we rarely got in our car. We could walk or bike to everything. The house was clean and there was lots of room for our party of 8.

Excellent Townhome Right near the Beach

This was an excellent place for a family getaway. The home was meticulously clean with plenty of space. The property was on a quiet street, less than a five minute walk to East Beach. The Property Manager was very communicative prior to the rental period. She also kept a binder in the house of things to do and places to see to include a comprehensive list of restaurants on the Island. As such, there were no surprises and the check in and check out process was seamless. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Amazing Location

Close to Everything!

We loved the home. Wonderfully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The beach access was perfect. Close to resturants, Village, pier and beach. Great place to stay for a large family.

Charming Townhouse with short walk to the beach!

We had a lovely stay during our time at this townhouse. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, and there is room for everyone in the family to spread out. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony, including a large master suite on its own floor. Access to the beach is only a short easy walk. This made it easy to make multiple trips to the beach with breaks in between back at the townhouse. Judy was so easy to work with and was so helpful. She provided detailed instructions along the way, and we would be happy to rent her lovely townhouse again. Enjoy!
