PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO GARAGE AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS. WE DO HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR VEHICLES. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED & IF YOU HAVE TO ASK WHAT WE CONSIDER TO BE A PARTY THEN THIS IS NOT THE HOME FOR YOU!!! YOU WILL NOT BE IN A REMOTE LOCATION WHERE ANYTHING GOES, BUT RATHER YOU WILL BE VACATIONING AT THE MOST AMAZING VACATION HOME IN A QUIET COVE IN OSAGE BEACH.

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us. The more people the higher the rate. In other words, just because this listing says this home sleeps 24 in beds that does not mean the rate for 7 guests is the same as if you enter 24 guests and the rate for 24 is not the same as it would be for 5. If you accidentally book a lower number of people than what is actually coming that's okay. You can always pay the difference online later...

*WE ALLOW SAME DAY BOOKINGS! Even though VRBO does not permit same day bookings we do. When trying to book OzarkLakeHouseandGolfRetreat aka ArizonaVacationRentalsUnlimited same day through VRBO you will notice that VRBO will not allow it ~ THAT'S OKAY! As long as you can see that all of the days you want are available then just book starting day 2 of your vacation and we will change the calendar manually by adding the previous day (TODAY), but please note that the rate for your actual check in day may still be owed even if you added an additional day to your stay as our nightly rates differ between days.
