This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family-sized condo is amazing for anyone staying in Ocean City. It's only a few steps from the beach, and very close to the Ocean City boardwalk. There's a lot of space for guests and pets as well! This condo is near many places to eat that are within walking distance.

Great place to stay with your dogs!

Cute little condo steps from beach and restaurants. Parking directly in fron of deck. Hosts were so easy to work with. Highly recommend, especially if you like to bring your dogs.

Weather did us wrong but this spot was great to stay in! Clean, spacious, and the owner seems like a very nice person who was responsive! I recommend this rental!

Incredibly poor communication. We drove over 300 miles. An hour before check in, she canceled the reservation with no warning. When she finally replied to my message, she tells me that the door had a lock issue. Ok fine, but she admittedly knew about the issue prior, and waited an hour before we are scheduled to check in to cancel our reservation, again with no warning. Fortunately VRBO helped us get accommodation elsewhere. Renter beware!

overall nice but had maintenance issues.

We were informed when we arrived that the sliding glass door was broke and being held together with duct tape. The door could not properly secure, so we had to take our valuables with us until they were able to get it fixed adequately to be locked the next day. The window in one of the bedrooms would not lock. They did offer to let us out of the contract, but our stay was short and did not want to waste any more time on the phone dealing with issues or trying to find another rental. I feel that they should have offered some sort of a discount for the hassle.

A Mess

Location was very good. Located in the middle of the block, to the right was the main thoroughfare, to the left was the beach. The place itself was a mess, vertical blinds were missing several slats, track was broken, therefore unable to close. Kitchen was dirty, oven was disgusting, table lamp was broken and the sliding screen door was torn and broken. Bathrooms were passable. Contacted management and reported all the above and included picture. Overall
a step above sleeping in the car.

Noisy during the work week!

The building is under construction so why on earth wouldn’t VRBO warn their customers? We were just looking to unwind and relax during our stay! Literally sounded like a jackhammer coming through the wall! VRBO needs to do better when advertising their properties!!!! Completely blindsided by this and beyond upset over our experience. Dan the property manager was good with communication after our terrible first two days (Thursday&Friday) but we still have yet to receive any kind of compensation!

Great location!

This is a great little street and our first floor apartment was at the end of the beach block, so the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed the balcony. One bedroom slept 2 and the other room had double bunk beds, bunk beds were not listed on Vrbo, but worked great for our stay. We had some issues with some ants and flies. The landlord immediately tried to rectify the problem to the best of his abilities. Great communication. Good thing we had great beach weather and spent most of our time outside. Overall had a great stay, but cleanliness could be improved.

Great Stay!

Clean and Convenient!! Owner has great communication and immediate response!! Great parking and just steps away from the beach. It even had beach furniture to use which is a plus so you don’t have to try to fit that in when packing the car. I stayed at this property a few times and will be back next summer!!
