    The property says there is a hot tub on site and there was not one. That’s one reason we rented the house. The bunk bed mattresses was uncomfortable. The water in the shower was not very hot.

    This property is not in a great neighborhood, when we arrived the front of the house had weeds growing over the windows, the house next to this property was so over grown to the point i could almost consider it abandoned. The air conditioner return vent was almost choked down with dust, and every fan in the house had dust on the fan blades as if they have not been cleaned in a really long time, oh did i mention only one fan actually had fan strings that worked as well, we also had old trash in the kitchen bin, the shower head was nasty and caked full of who knows what, and to top it off when we went to the back yard it smelled as if someone had literally just lit a joint. This was the tipping point, we reached out to the host, which im still waiting on a reply, but i dont expect a response. They got paid and we never stayed a single night at this property. AVIOD AT ALL COST!!!!

    Perfect location for Constellation Field

    Needed a simple non-hotel to catch a couple of games at Constellation Field. No frills house to wind down from a ball game by players who enjoy playing the game and not the paycheck size. Walk time is 20 minutes as promised. Drive time (heat index got here early this year) less than 5 minutes to the gate. For the price, you will not be disappointed.

    Enjoyed the peace and quiet

    The location (close to MD Anderson)was ideal for us. The neighborhood was family oriented and quiet. Our favorite part...the backyard. Birdwatching and the occasional gator passing by in the creek. Tranquil, just what the Dr ordered.

    We rented this house, BUT..

    We rented this house, but never stayed in it. It is a very small house, not very comfortable, (but we never slept there), it's in an old neighborhood, cars parked everywhere, and no paved driveway. Nothing elegant or 'vacation-ey' about this house. If ur working in Sugarland, it might be a good home base. One thing I can say is, the short time we were inside, it appeared to be very clean, which is always a plus. Would I rent this place again, or refer to a friend?? No, not at all. Oh it does have the river/creek out back. But still.

    Unhappy

    We never checked in. Listing was very misleading and the property was not acceptable. We did not cancel the reservation we just drove by and decided that we were not going to stay there. Contacted the property manager and told her what we did not like about it and I have never heard back from her.We are requesting a full refund
