Located on the 1st residential floor of Laketown Wharf, unit 101 is a very spacious condo (1,390 sq ft) containing three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. Both the master bedroom and the living area have balcony access. The en-suite has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a double vanity. The condo also has an in-unit washer and dryer!

A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.

The check in was horrible. No cart access to help with luggage and groceries upon arrival . The walk to room is okay if you knew how to navigate the area. The condo was very spacious and we loved the huge wrap around balcony. The veiw of the parking garage out the front door was not pleasurable. The roaches in the staircase scared our kids to deatj as they were HUGE. We loved the kiddie pool for the littles the roof top pool was nice as well. The location to the beach was fantastic. The air never worked correctly and froze up so no air at all the last night. The kitchen has bare minimal of everything. No cleaning stuff to wipe up spills at all. The unit was cleaned okay but sand and feet were black on day one.No beach accessories at all with this unit. Over all we enjoyed outlr stay but will not stay in this unit again. To help some park on the lowest level of the south garage. As you exit the ground level of the garage turn right.Then you will a long walkway. Go to the end and on the left you will see a staur case. Go up to 1st floor and then is it the 1st unit on the left. I hope this helps.

Room was cleaned, everything was worth the stay. My only complain and it's no fault to the company/ the elevators in the parking garage and the haul to the room. I questioned why they weren't connected. The stay itself was great- the balcony was our favorite!

Not accurate , very disappointing!!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but I feel I need to say something . For one it advertises that you can see the light show from the balcony and from the master bedroom and that is not true you can only see a glimpse of it through the trees and between the building if you look really hard. Second thing we could not use the elevators the entire 4 days we were there bc the wait was 30 to 40 minutes so we had to use the stairs it’s a good thing we were on the 1st floor. Third thing is the floor was disgusting our feet were black we had to wear shoes the entire time we were there . Forth thing is you couldn’t walk out the room ever without smelling weed throughout the whole building it was everywhere!!!!! If I could get my money back I would … so not happy !!!

PCB stay

We booked this property because it was very close to our daughter's wedding venue. The property bracelets were a pain and the parking garage does not have direct access to the floors of the condos (you have to leave the garage and walk to the stairwell or elevator on the condos). That was confusing the first time. Also, it is not obvious how to check in and it was very busy. The condo itself was very nice.

Condo was not the worst but not great, bigger issue with the leasing agency.

I will start with my issues with the leasing agency then I will cover the condo itself. Everything started going sideways about a week out. I was going to send the information to another person in my group. I found that I had been moved from the first floor condo I rented to the 18th floor, I understand things might happen but I received no communication that this happened. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I was told Jason had tried to contact but no messages or emails. Then found that only one of the two elevators for that side was working it could take up to 40 minutes to get an elevator. Not the fault of the agent but I was supposed to be 1st floor. Now the condo itself. The condo is a good size for a party of 10. It was not super clean but not disgusting either. Overall it is in decent shape. A few things were broken but nothing of vital consequence. The refrigerator is rusting out around the ice dispenser but is functional. The biggest problem was in the second king room I found mold growing on the ceiling I also sent photos to agent. I was told that someone would be out to address it. Never saw anyone. The master bedroom is significantly warmer than the rest of the condo had to put a fan in the doorway to blow cooler air in the room. It also has a dehumidifier in the room that needs emptied. I recommend emptying it before you go to bed it will wake you up. Not impressed with this organization.

Nice room

The air took a while to cool off, one of the showers sprayed water all over the bathroom every time it was used, and the kitchen didn’t have a toaster or many pots and pans, but otherwise it was a nice room and easy to communicate with property management when we needed things.

Exceeded Expectations

The listing of the property was very accurate. Nice clean unit. Thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around balcony. Our host was superb and was very helpful. The proximity of attractions and eateries was perfect. The only cons we had were that there was no iron provided and the walk to the beach was a tad bit longer than 2 minutes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend thisnproperty.
