The open concept Great Room is simply stunning with lakeside windows, hardwood floors and a cathedral ceiling. Right off the Great Room is a lakeside deck with outdoor dining tables, seating area and gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight offering the full complement of stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, large families and for friends to reunite and enjoy.

There is a beautiful walk-in sandy shoreline with a shallow and sandy entry perfect for swimming, leisurely relaxing and for children to splash around in the shallows. Water entrance from the shoreline is ankle deep with minimal rocks and mainly sand! The grounds are spacious and absolutely stunning. There are 2 wonderfully large private docks. To the Northwest, a metal pier with seating is perfect for enjoying among the best sunsets the chain has to offer. The wooden dock on the channel allows for ample room for your boat and water toys. In the evenings, relax lakeside around the gorgeous stone firepit in the Adirondack chairs. Complimentary firewood is provided.

If boating is what you’re after, there is a public boat landing right on Eagle Lake to bring your own boat or multiple rental options if you desire. The property has plenty of room for your recreational trailers. If you prefer, we are happy to help you with reservations for a pontoon or ski boat.

The Eagle River Chain of Lakes offers miles upon miles of breathtaking water for boating, fishing, and swimming with historic lakefront estates, incredible sunsets, and fantastic restaurants. Each lake offers its own unique charm and beauty. You’ll be surrounded by wildlife including bald eagles, deer, sometimes an occasional bear and loons. It’s the perfect environment to make lasting memories.

Eagle River hosts wonderful events year-round including the 4th of July parade and fireworks, the Fall Cranberry Festival, World Championship Snowmobile Derby, and the U.S. Pond Hockey Championship. The property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Eagle River! Nearby are great restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, hiking and biking trails as well as go karts, bowling and laser tag. The fall colors are simply captivating. The snow in the winter is magnificent.

In the wintertime, there is nothing quite like the twinkle lights downtown in the winter, the glow of the moon off the snow on the lakes, the ice fishing tents propped up on almost every lake. Don’t forget to check out the Eagle River Ice Castle built by our own fire department or to take a horse drawn carriage ride through the picturesque, tall pine woods. Guests can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and hiking. Eagle Lake offers excellent ice fishing for all species.
