With 100’ of frontage on Yellow Birch Lake, part of the Eagle River Chain, this 4BR/2BA home features a main gathering space of over 1000sf with lots of Northwoods character, a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone, gas fireplace & fabulous views. The kitchen sits behind the custom-made bar for true open-concept living; cabinets are also custom-made from Pine & Alder. Guests can play all day, then relax in the sauna off the great room or in the hot tub on the deck, enjoying the gorgeous lake views. Southeastern exposure means great sunrises & lots of sunshine on sandy shores. You will appreciate the high-speed internet, the pool table & foosball table. Downtown Eagle River offers all the conveniences of town just minutes away. Relax on the lakeside deck with stunning views, dine al fresco under the stars, and enjoy the fire pit with complimentary firewood. The expansive yard boasts a play gym, horseshoe pit, cornhole game, and plenty of space for outdoor games and activities.

NO PETS:
We kindly ask that all guests respect our no-pet policy, which includes emotional support animals. To help us maintain a comfortable and allergy-safe environment for everyone, pets are not permitted at this home. Bringing a pet to the property will result in a $1,000 fee, and the reservation may need to be canceled, requiring guests to vacate the home immediately and without any refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the space enjoyable for all visitors.

LAKES:
Yellow Birch Lake is a 192-acre lake in Vilas County and is part of the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. It has a max depth of 23 ft. There is a public boat landing. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye.

THE AREA:
Officially recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World, Eagle River is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts with a massive network of off-road trails to explore and recreation facilities galore. And in the heart of Wisconsin's 28 Chain of Lakes region, there are endless ways to enjoy time out on the water. Packed with small-town charm, downtown Eagle River offers many shops and restaurants.

GOOD TO KNOW:
The hot tub is available seasonally from late May until mid-November. The sauna is available year-round. The dock and swim platform are in the water from mid-May until mid-October. Please reach out to us if you would like to confirm those dates before your stay.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Summer 2026: Booking 7 Night Stays (Saturday to Saturday) in the summer.
Shorter stays and flexible check-in and check-out days are permitted for the rest of the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
